Dovrai fare qualche scala in più per raggiungere l'appartamento perché è al 4 ° piano, ma ti prometto che ne vale la pena per la vista :) All'interno troverete tenda elettrica, aria condizionata, televisione satellitare, WI-FI, alarme. Il parcheggio sicuro e pubblico (gratuito) è di fronte.

Our apartment was recently completely renovated. Clean, bright, close to all amenities. Just a 150 m walking distance to the sea, beach, shops, restaurants, coffee-shops, tennis courts, children playground, bus terminal. Free, fast WiFi and Smart TV with more than 100 channels. Well located to ensure silent nights despite of being so close to the city centre. On the ground floor there is a nice patio. Several parking places and garages are very close to the apartment.

Niet ver is Opatija door het milde mediterrane klimaat een beroemd kuuroord met prachtige Habsburgse villa’s, parken en boulevard (Lungomare, langs de zee 5 kilometer tot Lovran met oude centrum in Romeinse bouwstijl). Bezoek Ucka natuurreservaat, 160 km2 ongerepte natuur, bergtoppen, zeldzame flora en fauna (hoogste piek 1400 meter)

It includes two apartments on the 1st floor, classic style. It also has a large communal space on the ground floor with a fireplace, and a beautiful courtyard, an oasis of serenity and relaxation.
