The studio flat has a comfy double bed and double sofa bed which come with luxury cotton linens. In the bathroom you will find shampoo, shower gel and fluffy white towels. The studio flat is professionally cleaned for each guest. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a quick meal - not that you would want to eat in when there are so many options all around you. There is a Nespresso and microwave in the flat. The entire apartment is available to our guests (about 50 sq.m.) I'll be available to give you any help and assistance during your stay . Welcome to my home! This first floor studio apartment is snug but what it lacks in size it makes up in its terrific location. And lets admit it - it is also cute to look at! Located about 5 mins walk from Santa Maria in Trastevere, this is your dream flat is you are a tourist or a businessman or a poet in this city. If you are here for tourism and experiencing local cuisine you are in the perfect neighborhood. For businessmen this is the perfect location to get around easily and at the same time tasting the real roman feeling in your little spare time. The unit is located in the very heart of Trastevere (center of Rome), not far from the Vatican, and the whole area is packed with typical roman restaurants and bars. You don't really need to take public transportations to reach the historical center. But if you really want to, you can either take the bus or the tram (n 8 directed to P.zza Venezia). To reach the airport you can take the train from Stazione Trastevere (you can reach it always with the tram 8). The closest metro is Piramide (metro B). You can reach Piramide by bus (n3 or n3B). If you need to catch a train at Central station, you can get there by metro from Piramide . Trastevere, tram number 8 takes you to Piazza Venezia, passing through Largo Argentina (2 steps from the Pantheon and Piazza Navona). Many buses passing by Piazza Trilussa (behind the house) will take you to Piramide Metro Station. This is a registered holiday house, therefore the payment of local City Tax is required upon arrival. The city tax is 3,50€ per person, per night (up to a maximum of 10 nights), for every visitor over the age of 10 years old. A check of your IDs is also required at the time of check in.

Vivo nella porta accanto per informazioni e l'assistenza necessarie in zona: a piedi da casa si gode il centro più caratteristico della città: piazza San Pietro, il Gianicolo per il panorama, il Colosseo. I vicini sono molto tranquilli. Il palazzo è dotato di ascensore.
