Leave your worries behind and unwind in our newly renovated Istrian country house, nestled in the tranquil village of Boršt. Surrounded by pristine nature, this peaceful retreat offers the perfect escape from everyday life. Relax on the spacious terrace in front of the house, where you can soak in the hot tub and enjoy the serene atmosphere. The village of Boršt is perched on a small hill, 353 meters above sea level. It’s an ideal starting point for exploring the hidden gems of Slovenian Istria.

Heritage Villa Croc

Villa Croc is a lovingly restored old stone house that offers all the comfort and modern amenities that you might need but has preserved the stone and wood elements of an authentic Istrian house. The ground floor consists of the living room with a fireplace and the kitchen with dining area, bathroom. Stairs lead to the upper floor, where two bedrooms and one bathroom are set. Outside the villa, there is a large covered terrace with a dining area and a barbecue. Note: Youth groups not permitted!

Medieval Old city of Buzet lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river Mirna which is visible from the large Skadanjs' terrace. Skadanj is situated in a small village Krbavčići near the mountainous plateau Ćićarija. Previously, Skadanj was an old threshing barn that has been built by our grandparents, located at the end of the village and surrounded by the green area. In 2017 it was renovated. Outside the house is a beautiful swimming pool with the wooden sun deck.

K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

V njej so živeli naši stari starši in pra stari starši... med njimi tudi stara mama Carla (nona Carla), po kateri je vila dobila ime. Iz starih časov je ob hiši ostal tudi tipični vodnjak v katerem ni nikoli zmanjkalo vode in dve stari drevesi, ki ju boste takoj opazili; cipresa in murva. Spoznajte čarobno Istro!

Terasa na prvom katu veličine je 40m2 s pogledom na more. Vila se nalazi na velikoj parceli od 3.350 m2.
