Modena: soggiorni in alloggi con caminetto

Michele was so very accommodating and hospitable to us even though it was a very last minute request. He was very understanding to our situation and went out of his way to let us stay at his place. Everything was absolutely 5 stars. Thanks Michele.

siamo arrivati facilmente seguendo le precise indicazioni di Giacomo e abbiamo trovato tutto quello di cui andavamo in cerca, natura silenzio e relax! non in secondo piano la struttura che offriva tutti gli spazi abitativi descritti dall'host. Consiglio vivamente a chi "vuole staccare la spina". Ottime anche le trattorie nel territorio.

Location veramente ottima, pulita immersa nel verde, quindi anche molto tranquilla e comoda da raggiungere, Alberto e stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi nostra esigenza. Consigliato vivamente

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Merci beaucoup. Le logement de Maria Rosa était très coquet et confortable. Maria Rosa nous a très bien accueillis malgré notre retard et nous a gâté de gâteaux et boissons. Le jardin avec les oiseaux est très agréable aussi. Un grand merci.

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

11/10, would more than recommend if you have a car. Francesco is an amazing host and the pictures do this Beautiful place not justice, it looks even better in real life. We definetly want to return.

La casa è molto grande e bellissima, è dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Era tutto molto ordinato e pulito quando siamo arrivati. Martina è sempre stata disponibile nell’aiutare e nel rispondere alle nostre domande.

Carolina & Cristina’s place was beautifully decorated , had the comfiest beds and great linen. Each room area had its own privacy and very well decorated. We loved our stay in Bologna , walking to all the beautiful historical sites and eating at the local restaurants. Very conveniently located. They Even provide an area /tools for a stay-in meal. House is fully equipped and stylish.

Августа и её сын очень помогли нам в трудной ситуации. Дело в том, что мы улетали рано утром в праздник и не могли заказать такси , так как при заказе требовался итальянский номер телефона, и, кроме того, не все в Италии работают по ночам, да ещё и в праздник. Августа не только нашла нам фирму, но и связывалась с ней не один раз и контролировала, чтобы ничего не сорвалось. Если бы не она, у нас могла бы быть большая проблема. Что же касается самого жилья, то всё так как в описании. Чисто и тихо. Много места, хорошая кухня, 2 ванные комнаты. Мы были без машины и пользовались исключительно поездом и автобусом. 5-10 мин от дома. Побывали во Флоренции, Милане, Венеции, Риминни и, конечно же часто гуляли по великолепной Болонии. Практически не пользовались кухней, так как завтракали напротив дома в милой кофейне для местных, а ужинали, также напротив дома, в пиццерии. Всё очень вкусно и доступно. Очень рекомендуем это место для проживания во время вашего путешествия. Спасибо Августа!

Tutto è andato benissimo! L’alloggio corrispondeva alla descrizione, era pulito e confortevole. L’host è stato gentile e sempre disponibile.

Das Apartment ist nur wenig ausserhalb der Altstadt, dafür relativ ruhig. Die Sauberkeit, Betten und Ausstattung war absolut in Ordnung. Das Appartment ist grosszügig geschnitten, jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Es gibt einen schönen grossen Esstisch für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten. Für grössere Gruppen/Familien ist die Unterkunft sehr gut geeignet. Die Lage ist perfekt. Dicht an der Altstadt, kleine Läden, Eisdielen und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Francesco ist ein 1A Gastgeber. Sehr hilfreich, immer erreichbar und zuvorkommend. Wir können das Appartment umd den Gastgeber zu 100 % empfehlen.

L’attico di Antonella è semplicemente splendido. Ancor più bello rispetto alle foto, in una posizione centrale che offre una vista impagabile su Bologna. L’appartamento è spaziosissimo, luminosissimo, ordinato e perfettamente pulito. Insomma, tutto impeccabile, veramente. Inoltre emerge la cura per il design e per i dettagli di ogni ambiente. Veramente delizioso. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Antonella e Viola sono state molto gentili e disponibili, puntuali, sempre reattive nel comunicare con noi. Inoltre, tra le altre cose, ci hanno lasciato una bottiglia di ottimo Prosecco in frigo; gesto davvero di classe e molto apprezzato. Che dire, consigliatissimo. Non vedo l’ora di tornare! Grazie.

La struttura Giulia nel Bosco, ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative, ottima comunicazione, la Signora Tiziana con il marito sono stati molto disponibili e attenti ad ogni mia esigenza o richiesta. Posto molto tranquillo e la pace regnava quotidianamente. Un intero appartamento a propria disposizione. l'immobile è servito di ogni cosa si possa necessitare al momento del soggiorno. Che dire se dovessi ancora avere bisogno per qualsiasi tipo di necessità sarà un posto dove tornare.

Die Unterkunft hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Sie ist sehr geräumig und komfortabel, stilvoll mit Liebe zum Detail. Auch für ein erstes Frühstück stand alles bereit. (Kaffee, Mich, Müsli…) Die Lage ist perfekt - alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Ausgezeichnete Restaurants und Bars findet man an jeder Ecke, dennoch ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Rosa Bianca ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Sie kümmert sich prompt um jedes Anliegen. Wir durften bereits zu Mittag einchecken und die Wohnung am Abreisetag bis am Abend nutzen. Bologna ist bezaubernd und diese Unterkunft macht den Aufenthalt perfekt. Herzlichen Dank 😎

Questo luogo è stato perfetto per le nostre esigenze, avendo prenotato la villa intera per un ritiro di lavoro con 10 persone. Ognuno ha avuto il proprio spazio nelle stanze private e i spazi in comune - il soggiorno, la sala da pranzo, e la cucina - sono stati più che ampi, perfetti per passare questi giorni insieme come gruppo! Vittoria è stata sempre molto disponibile e gentile. Speriamo di tornare un'altra volta!

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

Die Villa ist sehr schön, gross und sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber. Die Lage ist gut, wenn man ein Auto hat und Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen möchte. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto einen Supermarkt. Wir können es für 6 Personen empfehlen!

Magical villa that was just perfect for our group of 4 couples. We appreciate that Lisa allowed us to book so early in the season. This is such a fantastically unique home! Loved, loved, LOVED walking through the old section. The bodega was so convenient. HIGHLY recommend Casato Maria Clarice for a special prix fixe meal. We so enjoyed learning how to make cheese at Caseificio Bio Reggiani. Visiting the Spilamberto Traditional Balsamic Vinegar Museum. We would definitely stay here again!

Das Haus von Renate in Poiano liegt fantastisch. Es ist unglaublich ruhig und man hat einen tollen Blick. Wir haben insbesondere die Wandermöglichkeiten genossen. (Dafür nahmen wir dann auch eine Anfahrt per Auto in Kauf, um auf den Monte Cusna oder Monte Cisa etc. zu steigen. Eine entsprechende App. ist hilfreich.) Die Gegend bietet für alle Wanderwünsche und Steigungsgrade viel Angebot, in der Regel trafen wir auch im September nur max. 5 Leute, am Tag; die italienischen Einwohner sind sehr freundlich! Bei den Mountainbiketouren landeten wir häufig in Brombeerdornen etc. ; eher was für sehr geübte. Wir haben die 14 Tage absolut genossen!

Das Haus war groß und liebevoll gemütlich eingerichtet mit tollem riesigen Garten. Für uns war es ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um Italien in dieser Gegend zu erkunden. Gianna und John waren sehr aufmerksame und super warmherzige Gastgeber, die uns auch mal mit einer Flasche Wein überraschten . Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. Alles was geweldig tijdens mijn verblijf van 1 maand in april, het huis is erg groot en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. De gastvrouw en heer zijn super vriendelijk. En geven gelijk het gevoel dat je vrij bent en niet onder de loep ligt. De ligging is in de bergen en hebben een mooi uitzicht. Wel moet je rekenen dat de temperatuur in het dal 4-5 graden hoger is. In de ochtend als de zon schijnt is het heerlijk om op het terras met een kop kofffie en een boek heel goed toeven
