Il sig Guido è veramente un super host! molto gentile e disponibile fin da subito, appena arrivate ci ha accolte di persona e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni sull'alloggio. L'appartamento è molto comodo, spazioso e abbiamo trovato una pulizia impeccabile. La cucina è attrezzatissima e il frigorifero è super fornito di tutto il necessario per la colazione. C'è il parcheggio privato, la zona è molto tranquilla e servitissima da autobus, supermercato, bar pizzerie, ristoranti, tabacchi, negozietti. Comunque in mezz'ora a piedi si raggiunge tranquillamente il centro di Bologna. È stato veramente piacevole soggiornare in questo b&b, ci siamo trovate benissimo . Consigliatissimo! Torneremo sicuramente!

Il soggiorno presso l'appartamento è stato molto piacevole. La zona è centrale e nonostante si trovi vicino a dei locali i serramenti isolano perfettamente il rumore. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario Consiglio vivamente di stare qui se si è in cerca di un posto in centro. pulizia impeccabile

Green Refuge is a perfectly equipped apartment in an ideal location right next to the main train station. Julia is a wonderful host, the apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. We enjoyed coming back each day to such a comfortable space. Highly recommended!

Bonjour. Ce logement est très bien placé, dans un quartier très calme. Logement très propre. Le canapé est confortable pour dormir. Petit bémol sur le nombre de couverts et autres ustensiles pour cuisiner. Nous n'avions également a disposition que 2 rouleaux de papier toilette ainsi qu'une seule pastille lave-vaisselle. On peut aussi regretter de ne pas avoir rencontré notre hôte.

The apartment was cost. The garden was really cosy and private. It was clean and very cute inside. Eleonor was very responsive and helpful. They had everything in the kitchen and only trouble we had was to find the apartment in the map it was not correct but I called and Eleonor helped me directly. The location is just perfect near to everything but still quiet and private.

These hosts set the bar very high for Airbnb hosts. Their communication before check in was very informative and helpful. Their replies to our inquiries were always very prompt. The apartment was in a wonderful location, was extremely clean and had everything we needed. They have really paid attention to details to make their guests feel at home. This is one of the finest Airbnb rentals we have stayed at. It is very easy to give this rental a very high recommendation. Bravo!

We loved staying at Francesca’s place, it was in a pristine condition and location is ideal! We received clear instructions for check in as well as restaurants and food tips from Francesca beforehand. I have only great things to say about the experience 🙌

Apartment was clean and spacious in a very nice location, roughly 5-10 minutes walk to the main square. Would highly recommend to anyone.

great host and accomodation. well situated, about a 10 min walk from the city center with plenty of amenities. slight issue with the boiler leaking (Host called out contractor who fixed it within a couple of days), very responsive host. clean house, great utilities and great location (right next to the train station). I highly recommend!

Although Lucia's place is indeed an attic, it felt very spacious and was perfect for what we needed in Bologna. Two beds, surprisingly easy to move around in, very clean, GREAT shower, good amenities (fridge and kettle for breakfast food). Very helpful and friendly hosts, quick to respond and overall lovely people. Highly recommend Lucia's place for a short stay in Bologna. Also recommend Gianni Vini, about 7 min walk away if you're after a delicious sandwich and a lambrusco spritz!

We loved our time here. We felt eighth at home, beautiful balcony overlooking a quaint street with grocery around the corner and restaurants to choose from. Loved the electronic lock system. Would 100% stay there again.

C’est la deuxième fois que nous allions chez Dario et nous avons été ravis! Nous adorons la localisation, près du Mercatino où il est possible de se restaurer, de boire un verre, de déambuler. Nous avons profité à fond de Bologne grâce aux très bons conseils de Dario et nous espérons pouvoir y retourner!

We had an amazing long weekend in Bologna! Fabulous location close to great restaurants and away from hugely tourist areas. Nara was great at helping us with our check in and helped us with our bags when we had a late flight. would 100% recommend staying here and would come back again! great host thanks so much Nara!

We had an absolutely amazing time at Cristina's beautiful penthouse in the city center of Bologna. The apartment is perfectly situated, just a short walk from all of Bologna’s major attractions. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished, with elegant décor that made us feel right at home. The rooms under the roof were cozy and full of character, and the terraces were a lovely spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The entire space was peaceful, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night after our adventures. Cristina and her daughter were wonderful hosts, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They provided us with great assistance during check-in and check-out, and even helped us with the car entry pass for the city center—super helpful! Bologna itself is a gem, with a vibrant, joyful atmosphere, and we truly loved experiencing the local way of life. We can’t wait to return and would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing super clean Airbnb centrally located in Bologna. Really close to the train station and everything you need to do while you’re in the city. The apartment is quite spacious and the jacuzzi is fantastic. Ida was an excellent host with great communication and let me do a late check out free of charge. Highly recommend her place if you’re visiting Bologna, Italy. You won’t regret it

Abbiamo soggiornato da Alice e la sua famiglia il week end di San Valentino io e mio marito e siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dall’attenzione per il cliente, ci ha fornito tantissime soluzioni per attività e ristoranti dove mangiare. Il monolocale era attrezzato di tutto il necessario, studiato nei minimi particolari come tutto l’arredamento incantevole. In frigo c’erano tutti i prodotti della loro azienda agricola che dire uno più buono dell altro (yogurt, panna cotta e budini e latte di altissima qualità di montagna). Obbligatorio visitare la loro fattoria perché ne vale davvero la pena vedere da vicino l’amore e la passione che mette la famiglia nell’ attività e soprattutto un ringraziamento speciale va a Paolo il titolare e papà di Alice che ci ha incantato durante la visita in fattoria. Che dire, continuate così che non potrete avere altro che ospiti super felici e soddisfatti di tutto ciò che proponete. Chicca la spa veramente deliziosa e accogliente da provare assolutamente

You cannot pick a better location in Bologna! We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and had restaurants, coffee, shops, etc right outside our door. The building is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! As soon as you walk in the building, you are blown away! The apartment was super spotless and adorable. It's perfect that there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is so nice but we never cooked... we were in Italy! Have to eat Italian food! As noted in other reviews, there is quite a bit of street noise at night. It is not cars as there are no cars allowed in that area but it's the noise of people eating and drinking and having fun at the restaurants below. For my in laws who were in the room that had more noise, they didn't mind. The bedroom we stayed in faces a courtyard so it was quiet. We loved having the AC in the bedrooms as it was hot when we were there. Ricardo is an excellent host and very responsive. He also gave great suggestions for restaurants! Would stay again.

They stay at the apartment and Nicolas communication was simply great :) always happy to help and the apartment is gorgeous as well as centrally located with everything in the centre mere minutes away ! Would highly recommend
