Registration Number: M0270428520 The apartment is situated in Santa Croce district, only a few steps from the lively S.Giacomo da l'Orio Square which is renowned for being one of the most picturesque and popular areas of Venice where locals gather to socialise and gossip. The flat is on the third and last floor of a building located in Corte dei Mercanti, a small and cozy square situated about 10 minutes far from the Rialto Bridge and - going to the opposite direction - only 15 minutes far from Venice S.Lucia railway station. The apartment, recently restored, incorporates the concept of a typical Venetian house which reflects both in the furniture and in its architectural structure. While renovating, attention was paid to recreate and maintain the spirit and atmosphere of the Venetian merchants who livened up this area for decades. Furthermore, furnishings are a work of art as it comes from handy work of local artisans and Murano glass factories. The flat offers a 360° view as it boasts windows on each side and it develops on two levels: the main floor where the living/kitchen areas, the bathroom as well as the bedroom are situated, and the upper floor which hosts a relaxing area and a rooftop terrace. The entrance door gives access to the roomy and luminous living area is decorated with three-colour wallpaper and infused by natural light thanks to four windows. The space also includes a comfy sofa, a television and a tea table. Straight ahead, the wide and functional kitchen completes the area. It has classic style custom-made furniture which includes a slate top and details made of pewter. All appliances and a classy wooden table - which seats four - finish the furnishings. The bathroom with shower and a comfortable bedroom complete the main floor. Here, a double bed, a bridge wardrobe and a couple of reading lights furnish the space which is decorated with floral wallpaper and other decorative elements that recall the thousand-year old relationship existing between Venice and the Far East. The ceiling highlights once again the original structure of the building and a lovely skylight ideally extends the room towards the sky. A stairway made of Venetian grey granite leads to the upper floor where, nestled it the eaves of the roof, an air-conditioned reading area finds place. It represents the ideal place where to relax lay on the sofas. The loft also offers a terrace which overlooks the surrounding roofs and bell towers, among which the S.Maria dei Frari and S.Mark's ones. This sunny area is equipped with fine teak chairs and table for four to enjoy unique breakfasts, sunsets, sunrises or a romantic dining under the stars. The Santa Croce district is the heart of everyday Venice, is the Neighborhood, where Venetians live, far from noisy of touristic flow, but, in the meantime, really close to the main Venetian attractions. Casa sul Canale con Jacuzzi e Giardino

La nostra casa risale ai primi anni del Cinquecento. Si trova in quello che molti considerano il più affascinante sestiere di Venezia: Cannaregio. Al tuo arrivo capirai che questa non è una "casa per turisti", ma un vero rifugio curato con amore. Nonostante sia vicina a tutte le principali attrazioni di Venezia, si trova in un contesto tranquillo dove vivono ancora molti veneziani. L'ingresso indipendente si affaccia sul canale. Ma ciò che ti conquisterà è il suo bel giardino con vasca Jacuzzi!

Affascinante secondo Piano nobile di un Antico Palazzo gotico del XIV secolo appartenuto al doge Alvise Pisani, di notevoli dimensioni (500mq). L’appartamento è composto da un ampio salone d’ingresso, un’ampia sala da pranzo,un luminoso salone con poggiolo e splendida vista sul canale, bellissima terrazza con vista sul canale. Spaziosa cucina accessoriata, tre camere matrimoniali con aria condizionata, due ampi bagni E’ stato sede di esposizioni di Biennale e set di film. Non c’è l’ascensore

Spacious and bright apt. in the center of Venice

My apartment is spacious -140 sq.meters-and bright in an historical palace in the very center of Venice. There is a large double bedroom with its own bathroom , another smaller double bedroom and a single bedroom with a second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a table where you can have breakfast or meals. In the wide living room there is a table for 6 and 2 large sofas. From here you have access to a nice terrace with table and chairs where you can relax after sightseeing!!!

L’attico è situato all'ultimo piano di Palazzo Widmann, nel cuore del centro storico di Venezia. NB: sono vietate feste o eventi. È un edificio residenziale e vogliamo che ci siano buoni rapporti col vicinato.

L'appartamento si trova nell'isola della Giudecca fronte laguna ed è parte del centro storico di Venezia . La cosa più emozionante quando si arriva in battello è la meravigliosa vista del canale della Giudecca . Una vista che apre il cuore ed ha ammaliato moltissimi artisti che hanno frequentato l'isola . Questa parte di Venezia ,forse una delle poche ad essere rimasta autentica, si è preservata dall'arrivo caotico del turismo con una propria tradizione culturale e radicamento residenziale.

San Lorenzo Canal view

Prestigioso appartamento con balcone vista canale a pochi minuti da piazza San Marco ma in una zona tranquilla. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per tutto il gruppo, per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con Polizia e Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.

Si può arrivare in taxi nautico direttamente a casa . Come tipico a Venezia, non ha l'ascensore ma ci occupiamo noi dei vostri bagagli al check in e al check out, non dovrete muovere niente !
