Metropolitan City of Palermo: soggiorni in alloggi sull'acqua

This apartment is in the city centre and close to the seaside and is on such a beautiful little street in Palermo. We were able to walk everywhere and really got a feel for the old part of the city. I highly recommend Loris's apartment, beautiful space and excellent host!

I stayed for 2.5 weeks at this flat, working during the week. It was an excellent space, really nicely designed and with all I needed for the duration. It’s really well located - right in the centre of the city, so walkable from great bars, restaurants and the energy of Palermo. Palermo is quite loud at night, and the double glazing on the windows is pretty good - but if you have trouble sleeping the centre of Palermo probably isn’t for you. The balcony is lovely and gets the sun most of the day - perfect for morning coffee. Everything worked and Gabriele was responsive and flexible, and helped whenever I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Die Zeit bei Stefania war wunderbar. In Mondello hat uns alles erwartet, was wir uns gewünscht haben. Das Wetter war toll und wir konnten baden, sehr gut essen und auch wandern und Sightseeing war möglich. Palermo ist mit dem Bus unkompliziert und sehr regelmäßig zu erreichen. Nach gut drei Stunden Fahrt waren wir am Etna. Eine rundum gelungene Woche.

Absolutely loved our stay! Apartment is perfect, really clean and the view from the balcony is amazing. Easy to access and close to small shops for food etc. Train station is close and easy to get the train everywhere! Giorgio was absolutely fantastic, helped us with everything, went above and beyond and really made us feel at home, replied to messages super quick. We will definitely be back!

Patrizia et son mari sont très accueillants et très prévenants. L'appartement est grand et agréable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour une semaine fin avril. Nous avons toujours trouvé une place pour nous garer. Le port est juste à quelques dizaines de mètres avec son marché aux poissons tous les matins. La gare est proche et pratique pour prendre un train pour Palerme. La petite ville est agréable avec une ambiance authentique, sa place de l'église animée, lieu de rencontre des habitants. Une petite épicerie Despar à quelques minutes à pied, et un centre commercial Poséidon à 10 mn en voiture. La ville est bien située pour rayonner en voiture vers Scopello, la réserve de Zingaro, Custonaci, Erice, ou Trapani. Nous conseillons le bar pâtisserie glacier Valentina, à 20 mètres pour son accueil et ses bonnes glaces. Nous recommandons cette location.

Had a lovely stay in Capaci! Michaela and Dario were super helpful hosts. The place is large, two separate bedrooms and a large, comfy couch. Kitchen is very well stocked. Fantastic sunset views from the balcony. The beach is near, so is the train which makes it super convenient. We rented a car to explore other parts of the island, the parking spot came in handy. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Appartamento pulito, curato nei dettagli, accogliente e ben attrezzato, nel pieno centro di Cefalù. Soggiorno deliziosa, da rifare! Dario è un hosto gentile e premuroso.

Boendet ligger i en del av Palermo som har många fina historiska byggnader runtomkring. Dessutom ligger det en fin park precis utanför dörren. Mycket trevlig plats och mycket trevlig värd👍🏻

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Rosanna's Strandhaus. Rosanna hat und herzlich begrüßt und wir haben uns direkt zu Hause gefühlt. Sie gab uns Tipps für Unternehmungen und war immer sehr gut erreichbar. Das Meer vor der Haustür ist wunderschön und sehr gut für kleine Kinder geeignet.

Merci à la famille Secchi pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse! Ils ont été très arrangeants quant à notre heure d’arrivée, nous ont donné des indications claires pour accéder au logement et des recommandations précieuses pour dîner le soir. L’appartement est idéalement situé et très propre. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de notre séjour à Cefalu.

Die Wohnung von Erasmo ist sehr modern und ganz neu renoviert und eingerichtet. Sie hat wunderschöne Möbel: bequemes Sofa und Betten, großer Esstisch, Kommoden etc. Die Küche ist zwar relativ klein aber auch sehr schön und mit Spülmaschine, Ofen und großem Kühlschrank sehr gut nutzbar! Es gibt 3 Balkone, super um Wäsche zu trocknen, zum Essen allerdings fast zu klein. Für einen Kaffee am Morgen bei tollem Blick auf Meer und Berge aber sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch weil Erasmo sehr nett in der Kommunikation war!

the apartment was in the perfect central location with great restaurants right next to it! It was less than 10 minutes to the beach and the center. The place was clean and comfortable, and Claudio was a great host and easy to communicate with! Highly recommend!

we had great time at Giovanni's. his son and him were extremely friendly and we were well hosted. the house is a bit old but functional and if you need something, they will answer immediately at your request! the house was extremely cleaned and the position in frontoof the beautiful beach is amazing!

Die Unterkunft ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge auf Sizilien. Die gute Zuganbindung nach Palermo und zum Flughafen sind ein absolutes Plus. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen in einer Wohnsiedlung und der Ausblick vom Dach aufs Meer ist einfach toll.

We loved our stay at Tusa Bay. The location is amazing - two minutes to swim in the sea. The apartment is clean, modern, well equipped and quiet. Great apartment in a great location. I definitely recommend it.

Very nice flat, conveniently located, near the beach. Benedetto was very welcoming and helpful to answer a few questions about the area. The flat is lovely and the patio outside a very pretty little corner. I highly recommend.

Une des meilleures si ce n’est LA meilleure location que j’ai faite sur AIR BNB. Leti a vraiment été super accueillante et très utiles dans ses conseils et ses propositions de services annexes (transport aéroport, bagages, etc.) L’appartement est idéalement situé en front de mer dans le Mondello historique dans un coin très calme. Il est vraiment spacieux et fonctionnel et très bien orienté (le soleil le matin sur le balcon, c’est le rêve) avec une vue sur la baie 😍. Si je reviens à Mondello, c’est sur je rappelle Leti !

Antonio made check in so very easy. Helped us where to park. Met us at the apt. Beautiful, large, clean place. We loved walking to stores, beaches, bars, food. Highly recommend! Hope to be back again soon!

Place of Michelle and Doriana was cozy and in a great location with calm neighbourhood and beautiful view with the terrace. Everything looks as described and the recommendations were really helpful. Not sure really what negative we can see about it.

Perfect position for seeing the best of Cefalu. Comfortable, clean, quiet and equipped with all we could need, with so many thoughtful touches. Federico is a fantastic host from start to finish, collecting us from parking, suggesting restaurants, beaches, offering to help pick up guests from Palermo and much more. Grazie di cuore!

We spent five unforgettable nights here from the 1st to the 6th of May, and it truly felt like stepping into a dream. Nestled within an 18th-century baronial palace, this apartment is a rare gem in the very heart of Cefalù’s old town. The location couldn’t be more perfect—just steps from the Piazza Duomo, the beach, and the charm of local life, yet still incredibly peaceful. Waking up each morning to the soft golden light spilling through the mezzanine window—with a postcard view of Cefalù Cathedral—was pure magic. The apartment is full of character, tastefully simple, and spotlessly clean. We loved the small kitchen for preparing breakfasts, which we enjoyed in the sea-view veranda as the town slowly stirred to life. A special thanks to our host Stefano, who was warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout—his communication made everything easy from start to finish. This is not just a place to stay—it’s a memory you’ll carry with you. We’re already dreaming of returning.

Would highly recommend staying here. It is spotlessly clean and equipped with everything needed. The view from the balcony is stunning and it is also next to restaurants. Very easy to walk everywhere. We hope to come back one day.

The location in Piazza Marina was perfect, right in the heart of the historic center, with charming streets, great restaurants, and local markets just steps away. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches and how peaceful it was, even in such a lively area. Communication was also very easy and friendly. I really recommend this place for a very authentic vibe!
