We had a truly wonderful stay – for all five of us! The house and the outdoor area were absolutely beautiful, even better than in the pictures. Everything was spotless, charming, well maintained, and well equipped. The garden was stunning, and the whole place felt peaceful and private. Ilaria and Francesco were the kindest hosts – helpful, responsive, and incredibly welcoming. We’re already thinking about coming back for a summer holiday (the pool and AC are perfect!). Great location for day trips to Pisa and Florence, and there are lovely restaurants nearby. It was an amazing birthday trip and really good value. Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft! Wir würden direkt mit einem kleinen Geschenkkörbchen empfangen. Es war sauber, gab alles was beschrieben war und noch mehr (Spielmöglichkeiten für meinen Sohn) alles zum Wäache waschen, etc. Wir waren an verschiedenen Zielen wie Florenz, Pisa, etc. und das Ferienhaus war ein guter Ausgangspunkt! :) Bei Fragen oder generell haben wir immer sehr schnell eine Antwort erhalten. Das Haus empfehle ich von ganzem Herzen und würde auch nochmal zum Urlaub hin fahren :))

We had a really lovely stay in Palaia with our 9-month old baby. Andrea’s place is very comfortable, had everything we needed, and is located right in the centre of the town. The garden space outside (and the hot tub!) is a particular treat, with stunning views of the Tuscan scenery but which also felt quite private. Andrea was a great and very helpful host, and gave us lots of information about the local area - grazie! Palaia is a beautiful and lively town with lots going on - we were able to get everything we needed from the shops, visit the lovely churches and see the incredible views from la Rocca. We would particularly recommend the takeaway pizza right outside Andrea’s place - so good we had it twice! We hope to come back some day.

Nous garderons un souvenir inoubliable de notre séjour en Toscane, et c’est en grande partie grâce à Guido. Dès notre arrivée, il a fait preuve d’une bienveillance rare face aux imprévus que nous avons rencontrés. N’ayant pas reçu notre bagage en soute, il a spontanément acheté un câble de téléphone pour nous dépanner, et des produits de première nécessité étaient déjà à disposition dans le logement. Il nous a également accompagnés dans les échanges avec le transporteur, ce qui a grandement facilité les démarches malgré la barrière de la langue. La maison, paisible et pleine de charme, a été un véritable refuge pour nous. Elle restera à jamais associée à ce voyage marquant, comme le symbole d’une continuité précieuse dans notre histoire. Merci infiniment, Guido.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Bonelli. The home is beautiful, peaceful, and very comfortable - exactly what we were hoping for. It felt like a home away from home. Gianni and his family were kind, welcoming, and responsive throughout our stay. We’d definitely recommend Casa Bonelli to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic experience in the area.

A great place to get away from it all. Remote location with a couple neighbours and a fantastic view of the community below. Old and quaint, beautifully restored- a blend of rustic and modern. Fantastic kitchen and dining room to host a cooking class- the highlight of our stay! The host was fantastic at supporting us through our stay- booking activities and especially when we had a few hiccups. Great space inside and out for larger group. While a short 30 minute train ride from Florence be sure to check the train schedule as it can be limiting.

La casa è veramente ben fornita e Sabrina si è rivelata un’host veramente molto cordiale. Avremo sicuramente piacere di ritornare!

The house was amazing, perfect fit for our group of 10 people. The main house as well as the additional apartment were very clean, well equipped with everything you need and the highlight was the pool and jacuzzi. Great place to calm down and have private space with some friends or a big family. The check-in was easy and the lady was very friendly, had some suggestions for our stay and is professional. The property was clean, cute tuscany decorations of the rooms and all in all it felt like home.

Wonderful villa on a fantastic place with a tremendous view on the valley op Poppi. Clean rooms , excellent beds . Very large garden with 360 degrees view all over the region. Fantastic swimming pool . Very friendly and cooperative hosts . Rating : 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We spent a week at Il Vichiaccio and I already miss the house. The house was perfect for a family of 5 adults. We felt immediately at home, had all what we needed. The location and views are awsom, even more beautiful than in the pictures. Plenty of great wineries and restaurants in the ares. Beatrice is a great host, answered every question we had, gave us recommendations and even helped us when our daughter didn't feel well. We strongly recommend!

Our stay at Villa Montemarcoli was fantastic. So peaceful. No noice from cars and really no air traffic noise whatsoever. Just the birds singing. Just want to mention you will need to drive to everything but the roads are so beautiful you won’t mind! I would recommend a small SUV or car with all wheel drive as the villa is located up a gravel road and roads in the area can be narrow and parking can be tight in places. I would definitely recommend Brigitta’s Villa and hope to come back again someday 😎🍷

Cudownie spędzony czas. Dom był przepiękny, a te widoki ! Super opcja spa, spędzaliśmy tam całe dnie. Bardzo dziękujemy za cudowne doświadczenia :) kocham Włochy !

Béatrice est une excellente hote! Elle nous a très bien accueilli et a fait le tour de la maison avec nous. Elle nous a également donné plusieurs recommandations de choses à faire dans les alentours, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. La maison était impeccable et l’aménagement extérieur est époustouflant. Le levé du soleil le matin était incroyable si vous avez la chance de le voir. La maison est un peu loin des grandes villes donc je recommande une auto pour faciliter vos déplacements.

Loved Francesco’s place. Beautiful inside and incredible views outside. He is obviously very artistic - there are lots of creative touches in his home, and it is really nicely decorated . He is very responsive, very helpful and offered perfect recommendations and is very friendly. Really wish we could’ve stayed longer. Very happy with our choice in staying here!

We had a lovely stay! Giada and her helper Christine were so welcoming and made us feel right at home. Their recommendations were wonderful-we especially loved the pasta cooking class and Triocco Restaurant. We felt comfortable and at home and especially loved looking at the sunset and stars from the hot tub. It is a beautiful area and we loved our time there, we did a number of day trips-to Florence, Monteriggioni, and San Gimiginano-and it was nice to come back to the house and relax at the end of the day! La Dolce Vita!
