Amazing stay in Monopoli. Right next to the lungomare so within walking distance from the bars and shops, and a small rocky beach to read a book. Apartment was amazing and everything as described, and Marcella was super responsive when we were delayed arriving, and checked us in personally which was a great touch. The hot tub room is super cool! We only used it once but what an amazing use of the space. Would definitely recommend this place to stay for anyone visiting Monopoli or Puglia in general. Thanks Eugenio and Marcella!

Quel plaisir d'être aussi proche de la mer, la vue était superbe de la plage. Nous avons mangé a un excellent restaurant à 8 minutes à pieds. Je recommande ce logement !

Ottima posizione e host molto cordiale. L'alloggio è situato a pochi passi dal mare e vicino all area del centro storico. Posizione tranquilla, con entrata dentro un cortile che la sera viene illuminato. Presente una stufa a pellet e un condizionatore. Faceva freddo, ma accendendo entrambi si stava bene. In cucina sono presenti stoviglie, macchina del caffè elettrica e una piastra elettrica per cucinare. Bagno piccolo, ma per soggiorni brevi ci si adatta.

Cala Verde è un posto stupendo e Pierfrancesco ha saputo illustrare benissimo le potenzialità della zona. La casa è davvero bella, una villa in mezzo al verde con tanto spazio a disposizione e il mare accanto. E' stato un piacere, tornerò più che volentieri.

Una soluzione ottima per chi cerca una casa in una zona tranquilla, vicina al mare. La casa di Cosimo é estremamente fedele alla descrizione, comoda per una famiglia di 4 persone. Pulita e funzionale all’interno, una meraviglia lo spazio esterno. Uscendo e percorrendo un breve sentiero si arriva sul mare. Nel nostro caso, probabilmente per il periodo ancora non di alta stagione e con giornate ventose, la pulizia della spiaggia ha lasciato a desiderare. Ma questo non ha intaccato l’esperienza ottima. Necessaria l’auto per muoversi, ma tutto raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto, Lecce in 15 minuti circa. I genitori di Cosimo che ci hanno accolto, sono stati eccezionali.

Ein wunderschöner Ort zum Entspannen! Nido del Salento hat uns mit seiner liebevollen Einrichtung, der Sauberkeit und der ruhigen Lage begeistert. Besonders schön war der liebevoll vorbereitete Willkommenskorb – mit ausreichend Leckereien für das erste Abendessen und ein gemütliches Frühstück: inklusive einer Karaffe köstlichen regionalen Weins, hausgemachter Marmelade und Tomatensoße. Man fühlt sich sofort heimisch und wohl – nicht wie ein fremder Gast, sondern wie bei Freunden. Elma und Vincenzo sind wunderbare Gastgeber – herzlich, aufmerksam und gleichzeitig sehr respektvoll. Trotz aller Herzlichkeit wurde unsere Privatsphäre jederzeit gewahrt. Man hatte das Gefühl, das gesamte Anwesen ganz für sich allein zu haben – perfekt, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Eine wunderbare Basis, um Salento zu erkunden. Jederzeit wieder!

We loved it, great location, lovely apartment, helpful and communicative hosts. Giuseppe was there to greet us and show us around and helpfully sent info about restaurants etc. Francesco so kindly came into Monopoli especially one evening to rescue us when we had locked ourselves out of the apartment, for which we were incredibly grateful. He arrived with a smile and not a word of complaint....customer service at its very best! Thank you.

Rosaria was very helpful and super responsive. The space was stylishly appointed, cozy without being cramped, super clean, restored beautifully and equipped with everything you need. For anyone “stairs-averse” this is a good place, as it only has one short flight of stairs. The location was fantastic, close enough to the activity in Monopoli, yet super quiet at night. It was a wonderful place to stay in Monopoli!

Angelo et Anna Maria sont des hôtes exceptionnels, qui ont envie de faire découvrir leur belle région et les produits locaux. Le jardin est très agréable avec différentes terrasses (ombre et soleil toute la journée). On a eu le plaisir de pouvoir se doucher en semi extérieur avec les rayons du soleil. La piscine attire les moustiques, mais aussi les oiseaux qui viennent les attraper en fin de journée.

Wir haben uns auf dem wunderschönen Anwesen sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Sitzplatz wie auch der Pool ist super zum entspannen, der Strand in Gehdistanz zu erreichen. Die Wohnung, insbesondere die Küche ist perfekt ausgerüstet. Wir waren zu viert mit zwei Kindern. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Das Anwesen hat drei Wohnungen, würde sich auch für mehrere Familien/Parteien eignen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Set in peaceful countryside close to the sea, Villa Rosmarini is a wonderful place to stay and explore the Salento region. The villa is comfortable, well equipped and spacious for a couple or four people. From the roof terrace you can relax and watch the sun set over the sea. Stefania was a very helpful, friendly and responsive host. It's very close to Nardo, a pretty Baroque town with good shops and restaurants, and also close to Gallipoli (great for seafood). The local beach at Porto Selvaggio is a real treat. Would definitely stay again when we hopefully come back.

We had an unforgettable time at this beautiful Airbnb in the heart of Puglia. The location was ideal—peaceful, yet close to charming villages, stunning beaches, and delicious local restaurants. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts of home (and more!). The outdoor space was a dream—perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine after a day of exploring. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available for tips and recommendations that made our stay even more special. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. We’re already dreaming of coming back! Highly, highly recommend!

Excellent séjour, l’accès au logement est simple est très bien expliqué. Le logement est incroyablement décoré, le jacuzzi est un vrai plus, et la literie est très confortable. L’attention aux détails de l’hôte Valentina est remarquable, avec notamment un super petit déjeuner disponible dans le logement. Merci pour ce beau séjour !

Lanzilotti was a wonderful host— since we bike-packed to the location he made extra accommodations for us by giving us a safe place to store our bikes and made reservations for a taxi for our early departure to the train station. We were blown away by his kindness and the beauty of the surroundings, and the general setup of the BnB. However, the true beauty is in the nearby natural attractions and local people, you can’t beat the beaches and water of Specchiolla, it was a pristine and uncrowded paradise in October. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to return!

We enjoyed a great family holiday at the nice beach of punto Prosciutto (off season!). Angelo and his wife were very kind and super professional hosts. A new Airbnb experience was that Angelo asked us to sign a separate contract and comittment to the rules of the house. Although the list of rules and instructions is quite long its only common sense behavior and a respectful treatment of his property that he asks for. So, no problem to sign. And the result is a well maintained and clean experience for all his guests. Some information is not so clear from the general description of the house but every information is given in the rules for the stay on the airbnb page which you should devinetively read prior to the booking: e.g. for a family of 4 you have only access to 2 sleeping rooms and the use of the Pool comes with an aditional fee of 7.50€ per erson per day. we didnt use the Pool since I was not sure whether my kids (5&7) would easily follow the rules for it. We enjoyed the sea!

L’alloggio di Giulia ci ha colpito soprattutto per la posizione in cui si trova: il mare nei pressi della casa raggiungibile a piedi in pochissimi minuti è stupendo! Acque cristalline, possibilità di fare snorkeling ma anche spiagge facilmente accessibili con ingressi in acqua semplici! L’appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort e i servizi: spazioso con doppio bagno e un bellissimo terrazzo in cui cenare e intrattenersi. Inoltre in poco tempo si riescono a raggiungere bellissime città da visitare come Monopoli, Polignano e Ostuni; insomma super strategico, super comodo e super consigliato! Giulia infine è una host gentile e disponibile, ha assecondato le nostre necessità di check in e check out e per questo la ringraziamo tanto! sicuramente torneremo!

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the year, and these were by far the most lovely I’ve ever interacted with! The property is beautiful. We came in October so it was more quiet than during the summer, but the beach was wonderful and very closely positioned to old town Monopoli (though not walkable if that’s what you’re looking for). The kitchen was amazing and stocked with everything you’d need to cook (which we did) and the patio is spectacular looking at the Adriatic (we ate all of our meals there). The hosts provided tons of recommendations and I’d recommend to anyone!!

La communication c est toujours très bien passée entre Lucia et nous. L emplacement du logement est idéal dans le centre historique de Monopoli. Il peut y avoir du bruit mais l isolation phonique est bonne. Le logement est accessible à pied depuis la gare de Monopoli et on trouve tout ce que l on souhaite pour se restaurer ou faire des courses à proximité. Le logement est très propre et la literie confortable. Je recommande pleinement ce logement pour découvrir les pouilles depuis Monopoli car on peut tout faire en train.

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus war geräumig und der Garten ideal für mit Kinder. Allessandra war sehr gut erreichbar. Der Empfang erfolgte über ihre Eltern, welche sehr nett waren. Danke für alles🙏🏻

Zeer net en schoon appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een ontspannen vakantie aan zee. Fijne bedden. Het was ook geschikt met onze 2 jonge kinderen, waarvoor we zelf (tent) bedjes en een kinderstoel meenamen. Afgesloten schaduwrijke buitenruimte met buitendouche en BBQ, heel praktisch allemaal. De keuken was voldoende uitgerust om zelf te koken. Restaurant (ook voor afhaal) vlakbij. Communicatie met Luisa verliep heel goed, zij en haar man zijn correcte en vriendelijke mensen.

I loved this apartment so much! It is spacious, exquisitely decorated, and there are treasures at every turn. In addition to having wonderful style, it was also really comfortable (the bed was great!) with everything I needed for my week-long stay. The location is central and the view from the kitchen is really special, looking over il porto vecchio (the old port); I will miss watching the fisherman prepare for their day as well as the light had everything sparkle. On top of that, Fabrizio! He is such an incredible host: so kind and generous, he was available to help me with anything I needed. His exceptional hospitality made me feel really at home in Monopoli. I look forward to returning to stay at this magical place soon!

Il nostro soggiorno di 7 giorni in questo appartamento è stato meraviglioso. La posizione è davvero invidiabile: il mare è a due passi, perfetto per chi ama godersi la spiaggia in ogni momento della giornata. L’appartamento è moderno, pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per una vacanza senza pensieri. La zona è molto tranquilla, ideale per rilassarsi lontano dal caos. Dania, Rossella e suo papà ci hanno accolto con grande cortesia e disponibilità, facendoci sentire subito a casa. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un gradito cesto di benvenuto che ha reso il tutto ancora più speciale. Consigliatissimo!

Soggiorno dell ultimo momento ..se non fosse stato per il tempo non bellissimo tutto perfetto. Appartamentino seminterrato molto carino e ospitale.tutto molto ordinato cucina piccola ma accessoriata non manca nulla. Il bagno molto bello ma alla doccia bisognava mettere una porta scorrevole a mio parere perchè l acqua usciva fuori. Piccolo patio dove noi spesso facevamo colazione o cena molto traanquillo. L host sempre disponibile per qualunque necessità. Grazie
