Questo appartamento appena ristrutturato, luminoso e silenzioso ha una superficie di 75 metri quadrati, camere di alto (3,30 m), è al 4 piano (con ascensore), ed è dotato di tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno, tra cui la connessione WLAN (Wi-Fi) gratuita, uso gratuito di un PC e di televisione via cavo. L'appartamento è composto da un corridoio, un soggiorno (con angolo business), una camera da letto, una cucina, un bagno e un WC separato. La camera da letto è dotata di un letto king size (180 cm × 200 cm) e un sacco di spazio per i vostri effetti personali in un armadio e una credenza. I lenzuoli sono forniti. La cucina è completamente arredata con tutti i elettrodomestici (piano cottura, forno a microonde, caffettiera, bollitore elettrico, tostapane, frigorifero, congelatore, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, lavello della cucina, eccetera). Piatti e stoviglie, pentole e padelle sono disponibili così come tutte le posate necessarie. Il soggiorno dispone di un ampio e confortevole divano, un tavolino, un flat screen LCD televisore (120+ canali) e un angolo business. L'angolo business offre l'uso gratuito di: un PC fisso e una stampante laser, fotocamera, microfono e altoparlanti per la comunicazione voce e video, accesso LAN ad alta velocità a Internet tramite connessione via cavo RJ45 (oltre a WLAN gratuito), connettore USB per il vostro personale dispositivi. Nel bagno troverete un box doccia, un bidet e un lavandino del bagno. Un asciugacapelli è anche fornito, così come gli asciugamani e spazio sufficiente per i vostri oggetti personali. Specchi mobili aiuterano a ottenere l'acconciatura perfetta. Un telefono fisso (cordless) è disponibile. Spese telefoniche NON sono inclusi nel prezzo della camera. L'appartamento è situato nelle vicinanze della nuova stazione ferroviaria centrale (5 min) e il centro città (10 min). Una fermata sotterranea proprio alla casa consente di accedere a quattro linee di tram. Questo vi dà la possibilità di raggiungere tutte le attrazioni e luoghi di interesse in un tempo molto breve, utilizzando la rete del trasporto pubblico di Vienna. All’angolo c'è un supermercato, diversi ristoranti si possono trovare vicino. Un garage pubblico per la vostra auto è nel prossimo incrocio. Beautiful, very quiet and light-flooded top floor apartment with very large terrace not far from the underground station U4 Margaretengürtel and underground station U4/U6 Längenfeldgasse (5 minutes walk). Perfect city center location for sightseeing. All hotspots are only 1,2,3 metro stations away. The very famous Vienna Naschmarkt can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, as well as the Mariahilferstraße (very famous shopping street). A supermarket is located in the immediate vicinity.

Cosy and spacious city apartment with balcony

Very spacious and calm apartment in Ottakring .Quick and practical public transfer to the city center. You can go by bus ,tram or Underground. Various possibilities of shopping are very close like Thaliastrasse, ,Brunnenmarkt. 12 minutes by bus to Spittelberg,Museumsquartier or Ringstrasse . The apartment has a special old charm and my small new balcony is great ! The shower is inside the sleeping room . I `m sure you will enyoy my flat and relax .I want to be helpfull in any way!

The modern apartment has good WIFI, equipped kitchen, 24hr hot water, and central heating. Check-in time 15:00-20:00 (3-8pm), late check-in possible if I know and agree it in advance.
