It is located on the second floor (attic), so it is not suitable for guests with mobility problems due to the circular stairs. Distance from the anchorage bay is 250 m, and from the sandy beach 1000 (15 min walk). The nearest restaurant is 50 m away. Market "Stanić" , butcher, bakery 250 m, large markets: Lidl and Plodine 600 m.

We are located in Medulin (Ližnjanska street 33). Our house is five minutes walk from the Church of Saint Agneza. To the first beach there is cca. 20 minutes walk (1000m), to the main promenade with restaurants is 15 minutes walk. Nearby is also Runch, paintball, cycling trails forests. We have: light, new furniture, a big bed, friendly hosts. We receive:couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children).
