Marina di Pescoluse: soggiorni in ville vacanze

We hebben een paar heerlijke dagen doorgebracht in dit ontzettend fijne huis en volop genoten van de tuin rondom het huis, met alle bloemen en bomen en de mispels die rijp waren om te plukken. Alles wat je je qua uitrusting kan wensen is aanwezig in het huis. En Salvatore en zijn vrouw zijn bovendien ook super aardig! Kortom, alles perfect!

Tolles Haus mit grossartigem Aussenbereich. Leider waren die Temperaturen für die Jahreszeit sehr tief und es hatte viel Wind, weshalb wir den Aussenbereich nicht nutzen konnten… Beatrice ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, immer gut erreichbar und sehr grosszügig! Wir kommen sehr gerne im Sommer wieder!

Eravamo in 8, 5 adulti e 3 bambini di 5 anni piu due cagnolini. ci siamo trovati benissimo, la villa è ancora più grande di quello che si vede in foto e dentro abbiamo parcheggiato comodamente le nostre 3 macchine. i cani avevano un enorme spazio all'ombra e non. la casa ha tutte le comodità, persino il phon la lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Cosimo è super disponibile, gentile premuroso e proattivo per ogni cosa. Vicino a pochi passi c'è la spiaggia di rocce e sabbia con un bellissimo locale da cui puoi ammirare il tramonto e il centro si raggiunge a piedi in 20 minuti..ma il più delle volte prendevamo la macchina per andare e trovavamo parcheggio tranquillamente. la spiaggia piu vicina e la piu bella dista neanche 10 min di macchina con parcheggio costo 3 euro al gg tanta spiaggia libera e un bel lido dove puoi pranzare. la straconsiglio per la sua grandezza e la posizione ottima vicino al centro animato con giostre,locali e al mare.

An absolutely wonderful villa with a great view to the east and sunrise. Lots of space to sit and lounge and eat and spend time together with family and friends. A bit of a drive to the beach, but all very doable. Definitely in the return to list. Last but not least - Fausto is fab!

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt. Enzo ist ein toller Gastgeber und das Haus ist wundervoll in der Natur gelegen. Das Haus war großzügiger als gedacht geschnitten und die vielen Badezimmer kamen meiner fünfköpfigen Familie zu Gute. Im angrenzenden charmanten und lebendigen Dorf Morciano, finden sich nette Restaurants ein größerer Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei. Man brauch aber unbedingt ein Auto. Auch wenn Enzo kein fließendes Englisch spricht, war die Kommunikation Dank Google nie ein Problem. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen! Gracie Enzo für die herzliche Aufnahme und den tollen Aufenthalt.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt bei Fabrizio. Er ist ein super Gastgeber, Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus und haben uns total wohlgefühlt. Es ist so ein schönes Anwesen und hat alles, was man braucht. Wir kommen sicher bald wieder.

Nous avons passé un super séjour à la villa Ma Chri, également grâce à Federico qui a été aux petits soins pour nous, des updating concernant les différents événements dans la région et c’est super ; aux besoins plus spécifiques, il a toujours été disponible et professionnel et a su répondre à tous nos besoins. Un grand merci à Monsieur D. Le propriétaire qui a été d’une générosité, gentillesse, amabilité incroyable. Merci Monsieur pour ce bel accueil. Merci pour ces belles vacances.

Extraordinary house, extremely tasteful rooms with an own bathroom each. The best was the lovely housekeeper Lucia, who was always there to help.

I booked this villa for my family for a mini trip and everything was perfect. Beautiful house, lovely location and Marco was an exceptional host. Extremely good value for money given the standard of the accommodation. Would absolutley have no hesitation in recommending Marcos place

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie Ende Juli 2024 für eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft. Die sehr schöne und exklusive Unterkunft, der sehr schöne Park und die vielen Früchte haben wir sehr genossen. Das Haus verfügt über einer sehr praktischen Aussenküche mit Grill, welche wir oft genutzt haben. Alles ist sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet. Etwa eine halbe Stunde mit dem Auto braucht es bis zu den wunderschönen Stränden (zB Punta Prosciutto, Togo Bay Beach usw). Herr Oronzino hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und hat uns sehr verwöhnt. Wir haben Herr Oronzino in unsere Herzen geschlossen. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Gerne wieder :-)

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Einfach nur top.

posso solo esprimere opinioni positive sull'alloggio e sull'host Simone. la villa splendida, un giardino favoloso..una cucina super fornita, un caminetto pronto ad accogliere le giornate di pioggia che abbiamo vissuto.. Lecce si trova a soli 15 Minuti di strada.. i nostri cani sono stati felicissimi per la presenza di un grande, curato e bellissimo giardino. che dire...spero di tornarci presto!

Fantastiskt fint charmigt hus, gammalt slottsliknande hus med inredda salar och högt i tak. Ett boende och upplevelse som jag verkligen rekommenderar. Kök och toaletter/dusch på varje våning allt mycket fräscht. Vi använde mest köket på mellanvåningen som var mycket välutrustat. Utanför köket en berså med vinrankor och druvor, med stort bord där alla fick plats. Sköna sängar för vuxna och barn (6 vuxna och 3 barn). Rikligt med handdukar även för poolen. Underbar pool med gott om solstolar runtom. Upplyst kvällstid. Innergården hade andra sittgrupper för gemensamt samkväm. Fin välskött trädgård med Lime- och andra frukter som vi provade. Parkeringsplats på innergård med automatiska dörrar. Runtomkring huset finns affärer, restauranger och annat på gångavstånd.

Angelo et Anna Maria sont des hôtes exceptionnels, qui ont envie de faire découvrir leur belle région et les produits locaux. Le jardin est très agréable avec différentes terrasses (ombre et soleil toute la journée). On a eu le plaisir de pouvoir se doucher en semi extérieur avec les rayons du soleil. La piscine attire les moustiques, mais aussi les oiseaux qui viennent les attraper en fin de journée.

Ci dispiace che la scala di gradimento arrivi solo a 5 stelle. Abbiamo trovato la villa ben curata sia esternamente che internamente. Ciò ha reso il nostro soggiorno memorabile. L'host è molto attento e solerte a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta dell'ultimo momento per incontrare le esigenze dei suoi ospiti. Ci ha anche coinvolti nelle scelte perché la villa fosse adatta alle nostre necessità. Abbiamo, infatti, selezionato questo alloggio per partecipare al matrimonio di nostro figlio visto che non viviamo a Tricase e il fotografo ha giudicato molti angoli della villa gradevoli e stimolanti per le foto allo sposo.

Très bel environnement pour se reposer. L’intérieur est magnifique. Attention: c’est bien une chambre et un divan lit dans le salon mais bien deux salles de bain. Tout est parfait, moderne et de bon goût. L’extérieur est juste extraordinaire. Beaucoup d’espace, énorme piscine, 3 beaux lit de soleil XXL. Sur la propriété se trouve les parents de Carlo, qui sont charmants et extrêmement discret. On ne les voyaient jamais donc tout l’espace est vraiment bien privatisé. Il y a deux chiens qui se promènent librement, tout à fait adorables. La famille de Carlo tient une excellente pâtisserie et Gelateria au centre. Carlo nous a aidé pour réserver un restaurant à Gallipoli et donner de bons conseils pour le parking. Très bel endroit, permettant de découvrir la région. Merci Carlo.

Our two families with 5 kids (6-10y) had an absolutely wonderful stay at Andrea’s beautiful house! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. The house itself is even more stunning than the photos, immaculately clean, and equipped with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, offering both peace and quiet while being close to local attractions. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this place is ideal. Andrea went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, always quick to respond and full of helpful local tips. Their warmth and hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. They even thought of our late arrival time and fixed some food for us to feed the hungry kids!!! Absolutely outstanding for a AirB&B host in my opinion! I can’t recommend this place enough and would love to return!

Posto fantastico come previsto dalle foto e dalla descrizione presente sul sito. Abbiamo passato quattro giorni a contatto con la natura utilizzando frutta, verdura e uova presenti all’interno della tenuta. Lisa e il suo compagno sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno assistito in ogni richiesta. Ci torneremo di sicuro ✨

Très belle maison de campagne, calme avec un magnifique jardin et une piscine. Piscine que nous n'avons évidemment pas utilisée car c'est l'hiver et que nous ne sommes pas venus pour ce motif. Le logement est bien équipé (ustensiles de cuisine, linge de lit, serviettes, clim réversible en chauffage) et nous avons eu des petites boissons de bienvenue dans le réfrigérateur. Les hôtes habitent la maison d'à côté et sont très accueillants, gentils et discrets. nous y retournerons sans hésiter. Merci beaucoup pour cet accueil.

L'accueil de Dorothy et de Gabriele était sympathique. Dorothy a toujours été très disponible pour répondre rapidement à nos questions. Le logement présente vraiment quelque chose de spécial avec ses pièces voûtées en pierres de Lecce que nous avons beaucoup appréciées. Le logement était propre et en bon état. Seuls bémols : - les 3 chambres à coucher sont assez éloignées les unes des autres (1 à l'entrée mais en dehors, 1 au fond du logement et 1 à l'étage). A retenir avec des petits enfants qui craignent un peu l'éloignement la nuit; - le logement se situe juste au bord de la rue et est donc un peu bruyant pour ceux qui occupent la chambre à coucher de l'entrée. Mais sinon tout était parfait. Merci beaucoup

A beautiful place to explore wider Puglia from. Great host. Would return. Situated just north of Porto Cesareo. Car essential with parking space inside secure perimeter walls. Most sights were 45-90 minute drive. Modern, clean with comfortable furnishings and beds. Well equipped kitchen. Self-catered: 20 mins to nearest Lidl. Short drive to reach restaurants (10 minutes). End of October still warm and sunny in daytime (shorts, t-shirt and slides). Able to swim in small pool (very refreshing though ☺️) and in the sea at nearby beach (5 mins walk: sandy and shallow). Arrived after a severe rain so suffered more with mosquitoes outside which stopped us sitting out in the evenings sadly. Solar-powered hot water very limited (max 2 very short showers). No hot water from kitchen tap. Immersion heater did not seem to get temperature past tepid even after a couple of hours. Would be less of an issue in high summer. Out of season largely was silent around (beach club noise one evening).
