Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

It was beautiful decorated, spacious, quiet, and welcoming. Communication was excellent. Well worth the fee and we only wish we could have stayed longer.

Peer is a fantastic host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly informative! He was super flexible with our late arrival (traveling with two babies), provided all the necessary information about the house, and was always happy to help with any request, like an extra heater. He also gave us great recommendations for local places to visit and eat. Peer’s house is even bigger than it looks in the photos! The living room is huge, the garden must be amazing in the summertime, and the surrounding views are absolutely breathtaking. This was my first holiday in the German Alps, but as a complete package—host, house, location, and atmosphere—I don’t think we could have found anything better! The village has plenty of great spots to try local cuisine and family-friendly attractions. If you love walking, there are beautiful trails right on your doorstep, and within a 30-minute drive, you can discover some truly stunning places and scenic routes. Would we recommend it? 200% yes!

Wir 2024/2025 zwischen den Jahren für eine Woche mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene 5 Kinder) in dem Chalet in Annaberg. Das Chalet ist super gelegen, direkt an der Skipiste und auch gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Küche war wirklich vollumfänglich. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Das Chalet selbst ist schön aufgebaut, gut ausgestattet und bietet einen tollen Blick auf die umgebenden Berge. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider hatte wohl vorher jemand in dem Chalet geraucht (ist eigentlich nicht erlaubt), weswegen es im Untergeschoss nach kaltem Rauch gerochen hat. Der Vermieter hat hier schnell versucht über einen Raumduft zu helfen, was aber leider nur das Symptom gemindert hat. Aber da steckt man als Vermieter auch nicht drin und wir waren dankbar über die angebotene Hilfe.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt und sind Jakob für seine Gastfreundschaft sehr dankbar. Er war für alle wichtigen und unwichtigen Anliegen erreichbar👍🙂.

Unkomplizierte Kommunikation, sauberes Gebäude und Anlage, die Liebe zum Gebäude und der Anlage ist in jeder Faser zu spüren. Es ist hellhörig, daher ist Respekt den anderen Gästen ggü auch im eigenen Zimmer wichtig und Geduld im Sinne "Leben und leben lassen". Die Nähe zum Berg und dem Windbeutelbaron sind fantastisch! Ich liebe diese Sauna!!! Und kann jedem nur empfehlen bei euch abzuschalten und Kontakt zur Natur und Gleichgesinnten zu finden. 🫶🏻

Nádherné ubytování, které převýšilo naše očekávání, Vanessa byla velmi vstřícná a se vším vždy ihned pomohla. Dokonalé výhledy na hory, vše perfektně připravené. V baráku byla z počátku velká zima, ale po kontaktování hostitelky, která ihned reagovala a upravila teplotu bylo vše perfektní. Děkujeme. ❤️

Η διαμονή μας στο Σάλτσμπουργκ ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχη! Το σπίτι ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας σε όλα τα επίπεδα. Βρισκόταν σε ένα ήσυχο και γραφικό προάστιο, προσφέροντας την ηρεμία που αναζητούσαμε, ενώ παράλληλα η πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της πόλης ήταν εύκολη—μόλις 15 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο. Το κατάλυμα ήταν το ισόγειο και το υπόγειο ενός προσεγμένου σπιτιού, εξαιρετικά ευρύχωρο και πεντακάθαρο. Η οικοδέσποινα μάς περίμενε παρ’ όλο που φτάσαμε αργά το βράδυ, με ευγένεια και χαμόγελο, και φρόντισε να μας εξηγήσει όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν για να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Η διακόσμηση είχε γούστο και ζεστασιά, ενώ ο εξοπλισμός ήταν πλήρης—κυριολεκτικά δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Το πάρκινγκ ήταν εύκολο και βολικό, είτε στον ιδιωτικό χώρο που μας προοριζόταν είτε απ’ έξω. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική, με σουπερμάρκετ σε απόσταση 5-10 λεπτών με το αυτοκίνητο και ό,τι χρειάζεσαι κοντά σου. Περάσαμε υπέροχα και νιώσαμε πραγματικά ευγνώμονες γι’ αυτή την εμπειρία. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα

Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war rundum perfekt. Jacqueline hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war eine tolle Gastgeberin, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Das AirBnb befindet sich im Grünen, mit viel Privatsphäre und Gemütlichkeit zum runterkommen und entspannen. Und auch der Weg nach Salzburg ist nicht weit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in einem der tollen Appartements der „Alten Bildhauerei“. Wir haben alles wie in der Beschreibung/ auf den Fotos vorgefunden: modern, sauber, einfach wunderbar! Die Unterkunft hat die perfekte Ausgangslage für die verschiedensten Aktivitäten. Der Check-In/ Check-Out war super einfach und flexibel. Die Sauna hat den Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Tolle(r) Gastgeber!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Lubica and Milan’s beautiful little apartment. The space was immaculately clean and had everything we could possibly need. The little sunny garden was a lovely spot to have dinner each evening. We also requested a cot for our son, and not only was this set up so nicely for him, Lubica also made sure there were toys for him as well (this was such a lovely thought and came in very useful!). As a special treat, cold beer and wine were in the fridge upon arrival, and warm, homemade pastries were delivered for breakfast one morning. We found the location to be very picturesque and peaceful, yet easy enough to get into Salzburg, with bus stops just around the corner. We felt very lucky to find Lubica’s place to stay, and would be lucky to have the opportunity to stay again.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft war schön ausgestattet und hatte eine schöne Lage mit Garten. Die Skipisten von Flachau sind innerhalb 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Da wir mit zwei Autos gekommen sind, hatten wir auch zwei Haustürschlüssel + Garagenschlüssel zur Verfügung. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Reinholds Wohnung! Sie war sehr gemütlich, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Lage ist perfekt für einen Städtetrip in Salzburg. Nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt kann man hier gut entspannen und die Zeit genießen. Reinhold ist ein sehr herzlicher, weltoffener und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

A casa de Thomas fica numa região montanhosa muito bonita, com supermercado, farmácias e tudo bem perto. Muita próxima a Salzburg e também da rodovia que vai para outras cidades, como Bad schl, St Gilgen e Wolfgang. A casa é muito agradável e aconchegante. Recomendo a estadia.

La casa de Román es hermosa, amplia, cómoda y calentita. Tiene tres niveles, tres amplios dormitorios, con muebles vacíos para guardar, dos dormitorios comparten un balcón, hay tres baños, un escritorio, despensa con muchos y variados electrodomésticos, muchísimo menaje. varios juegos de mesa, es ideal. La zona de la piscina interior tiene un mini jardín interior, con mesitas y reposeras. Recibimos la casa impecable, tiene todo lo que necesitas y más! Fuimos por navidad y hasta moldes de galletas nos facilitaron. El entorno es bellísimo, las vistas increíbles, teníamos vacas y hasta caballos de vecinos. La casa tiene terraza con comedor exterior, dos trineos y al lado una colina por donde nos deslizamos en la nieve. (casi es el patio de la casa). Ladau está a 20 minutos en auto de Salzburg, de fácil y rápida conexión. Gracias Román, disfrutamos tu casa. Volveremos

Wir als große Familie haben uns in Ulrichs Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet mit einer hochwertigen Küche und modernen Bädern. Es gibt überall drinnen und draußen gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten und einen schönen Garten mit Tischtennisplatte. Ulrich hat uns mit vielen Tipps und Materialien versorgt und sich zusätzlich um unsere besonderen Bedürfnisse gekümmert. Wir danken herzlich dafür und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Michael is a great host and was always reachable and helpful. The place is spacious and wonderful. Supermarket, cafe and a restaurant are all easily reachable by foot. We had a very pleasant and pleasurable stay.

Absolut empfehlenswert. Haus war noch ein wenig ausgekühlt. Da kam der Gast Geber sofort zur Hilfe und hat uns schnell den Kamin angemacht, bis die Fußbodenheizung sein übriges getan hat. Wir kommen wieder

Perfecte locatie en zeer mooi verblijf. Perfect voor een skitrip, hou er alleen rekening mee dat je kort moet rijden naar één van de nabijgelegen skistations, en dat dat skibus niet meteen in de straat voorbijkomt. Maar als je een auto hebt is het allemaal perfect te doen. Zeker aan te raden!

Wir hatten ein richtig schönes Wochenende in der Adventure Bavaria’s Burg Villa! Alles war sehr gut kommuniziert und leicht zu finden, der Self-Check-in unkompliziert. Das Haus ist großzügig, sehr gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet (mit top Kaffeemaschine) - besonders die Terrasse mit Bergblick ist ein Traum. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank!
