The city center, Naschmarkt, Mariahilfer Straße, and key attractions are all within walking distance.

Beautiful, very quiet and light-flooded top floor apartment with very large terrace not far from the underground station U4 Margaretengürtel and underground station U4/U6 Längenfeldgasse (5 minutes walk). Perfect city center location for sightseeing. All hotspots are only 1,2,3 metro stations away. The very famous Vienna Naschmarkt can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, as well as the Mariahilferstraße (very famous shopping street). A supermarket is located in the immediate vicinity.

Mit Frühstück und kleinen Mahlzeiten kannst du dich in der Küche mit Geschirrspüler jederzeit selbst versorgen.

Bus stop right in front of the house, with the bus you can reach the Naschmarkt in a few minutes. The loft is easy to reach from the main train station and the airport. Die neu sanierte Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, ist straßenseitig nicht einsichtig, zusätzlich wurden alle Fenster mit Einbruchschutz versehen. Die Wohnung liegt zentral aber dennoch in einer ruhigen Seitengasse unweit vom berühmten Wiener Naschmarkt. Die 45m2 bestehen aus einem Wohn-Schlafraum, einer kleinen Küche mit Essbereich, einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und einer separaten Toilette.
