Villa Gorna is an amazing location with fantastic hosts. The property is as described and photos are accurate. A lot of care was taken to put nice extra features. Orazio was very responsive and helpful, with offers available for tours etc. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend.

Villa Lenzo is gelegen in een prachtige omgeving. Veel privacy op de locatie. Het dorpje Ferla is met de auto in 5 minuten te bereiken. Daar zijn een paar restaurantjes te vinden en ook een Coop supermarkt. Het is een must om het diner bij Quattro Canti te nuttigen. Traditionele gerechten en de pizza Etna is een aanrader! Verder zijn er een bakker en slager te vinden. In de directe omgeving vind je Pantalica. Een prachtig gebied om tussen de rotsen en langs de rivier een wandeling te maken. Maar je hoeft er niet per se op uit. Heerlijk van de zon genieten bij de villa met af en toe een heerlijke plons in het schitterende zwembad. Er is ook een grote gas BBQ aanwezig om lekker bij de villa een hapje te eten. Voor de sportivelingen is er een tafeltennistafel. Wij vonden het een top locatie en de host Paola heeft ons van allerlei info voorzien om ons verblijf nog aangenamer te maken. Dankjewel Paola!! Kortom, een super locatie om helemaal bij te komen. This place was great! Beautiful home and surroundings. Huge outdoor living space. Kitchen was very well equipped, both inside and outside. Made fresh lemonade with lemons from their tree. Sebastiano and Giuseppina were very gracious and generous. Peaceful break from the noises of the city. 7 minutes drive to Noto and to the coast. Highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en Sicile. La villa est magnifique, très propre, bien équipée, décorée avec des objets insolites rares pour un air bnb. La literie est très confortable. L’extérieur est incroyable avec la piscine chauffée à 29 degrés et la vue extraordinaire. L’emplacement de la villa permet de bien visiter le sud de la Sicile. L’endroit est préservé, loin de l’agitation touristique. Enfin, Giovanni est un hôte très accueillant et gentil , il nous a donné beaucoup de conseils pour nos différentes visites et connaît les bonnes adresses ! Nous conseillons ce logement à 100%

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern für zwei Wochen in Concetta's toller Unterkunft. Besonders der Pool war ein Highlight für uns alle. 😃 Der Blick aufs Meer, die Sonnenuntergänge, relaxen am Pool - wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, konnten richtig gut entspannen und haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die gesamte Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet mit Herd, Backofen, Mirkowelle etc. Der Außenbereich mit Garten ist sehr groß und es gibt ausreichend Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Concetta ist ein tolle und sehr nette Gastgeberin. Bei Ankunft hat sie uns Restaurant-Tipps gegeben und war vor und während des Urlaubs immer gut erreichbar. Wir haben während der zwei Wochen verschiedene Ausflüge gemacht, z. B. nach Syrakus, Noto, Ragusa und Taormina. Letzteres ist etwas weiter entfernt, ist aber wunderschön gelegen und sehr zu empfehlen. Concetta's Unterkunft können wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. 😊

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Sebastiano’s place ! It is easily one of the best air b n bs I have stayed in and is even more stunning than the photos. It is located a short walk away from noto town so it is easy to get there on foot but at the same time is peaceful and spacious with the most amazing view of the city ! The house is very spacious , very clean , stylish and comfortable with everything you need, including very comfy beds. The kitchen also has everything you need. The garden and the pool are a delight - you are truly surrounded by nature with beautiful birds, flowers and plants all around, including the abundant lemon trees. There is also a lovely outside terrace for eating al fresco ! The pool is also ideal for both adults and children as it has shallow parts around the edge. I can highly recommend this place , and the hosts - Sebastiano and Emanuel - were extremely responsive and helpful at all times! Thank you so much!

We had a really nice time in Pozzallo. The Airbnb was nice and clean, and the host was very friendly. The host was very friendly and always responsive and had some nice suggestions for restaurants and activities. Overall a really nice experience!!

Staying in this villa was a remarkable experience. The tranquility, the views, and the rooms themselves were lovely. We especially enjoyed taking morning coffee or evening aperitivos on the outdoor terrace. It was a little too early in the season to experience the pool but the area looked spectacular. Antonio was charming and helpful and gave us plenty of information, not only about the house and his family but about things to do in the area. One recommendation we enjoyed particularly was a cooking class with Siimona, a cook who grows her own vegetables and is dedicated to doing things the way they've always been done. Absolutely deligthful! One thing to keep in mind is that the bedrooms are entered one from the other, so the setup is best for families or very close friends.

Vi var en familie på 13 (i alderen 2-70) en uge midt i oktober. Vi nød huset med den dejlige terrasse og poolen rigtig meget. Huset er meget velfungerende til mange mennesker, og Alessandra og hendes mand Tonio var meget venlige og imødekommende og reagerede straks på vores henvendelser. Ved ankomsten var der friske indkøb i køleskabet og frugt og vin, så vi følte os meget velkomne.

Exactly as described and pictures . Livia is a perfect host. Noto is stunning and google rooftop bars for the most glam experience- friendly and fun can 100% recommend to other guests!!!!!

This is a great villa with sensational views. Well equipped and clean. The road to the villa is narrow so best for those with a modest sized vehicle but the views at the end are worth it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and interacting with our host.

My family and I (9 persons) had a great time in Modica. The place is amazing, with the separate kitchen and the 3 houses. Also the garden and the swimming pool are great. Sofia was very kind and helpfull during our stay. We would recommend this place!!

Noto to be missed. The house was recently built & has been constructed & furnished to a 5 star hotel standard. The setting is also perfect, very peaceful with a beautiful view over olive groves & out to the ocean yet only 10mins drive to Noto As you might expect with a brand new property there were some teething problems but these were quickly rectified by the team. Roberto the owner was a pleasure to deal with and owning several properties in the area has assembled a great team to look after them. Lucky the property manager and Sonia who both cleaned and did some cooking for us were both lovely and very helpful as was Daniel who drove us out to restaurants. Highly recommend having Sonia cook for you. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here but would note if planning to work from here the WiFi is through a wireless router and as such speeds vary significantly during the day. Also the pool is unheated so by mid-Sept was too cold for our baby but refreshing for the grown ups.

Vi var 7 personer och det var gott om plats. Det fanns bra köks tillbehör, bra internet, fin pool ( lite kallt men det var ju i april). Giprgio gav oss utmärkt service och goda rekommendationer. En av oss tappade en plomb och Giorgio ordnade så att vi fick träffa en tandläkare inom två timmar, perfekt och helt gratis.

abbiamo avuto un'accoglienza strepitosa. il luogo è paradisiaco, mai caldo, la piscina è bellissima, gli spazi esterni ampi e ben curati. Eravamo un gruppo di 19 persone e davvero c'era modo per tutti di rilassarsi in pace e tranquillità, partendo dai ragazzi che volevano fare il bagno arrivando agli adulti che invece volevano riposare. tutti avevano modo di fare ciò che preferivano senza disturbare gli altri. la cucina ampia e accessoriata di tutto il necessario. l'host è stato davvero premuroso. ci ha coccolati per tutta la settimana. ci ha saputo dare indicazioni precise sui luoghi dei dintorni e non solo. siamo stati davvero molto bene

Ignazio is a fantastic host! We had a few issues with the breaker because of unseasonably cold weather and he was there to help right away. He gave great suggestions for local visits and was warm, hospitable, and a genuine delight throughout our stay. The property is beautiful and well kept. Keep in mind you'll need a car to get around. There is a lovely welcome gift but otherwise the house minimally stocked so you'll need to do a grocery haul for water,etc. Decent grocery store is 8 minutes up the road. The marina and beach are a short 10-15 minute trip and you're 20 minutes from other historic towns such as Ibla Ragusa, Scicli, and Modica. Siracusa and Noto are a little further but still an easy day trip. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again at Cutalia soon.

Nous avons apprécié notre appartement entouré d’un jardin magnifique et d’une superbe grande piscine. C’est un lieu paisible près de la plage et des sites à visiter. Sandrine et son mari nous ont accueilli chaleureusement et nous les remercions pour tous les conseils qui nous ont donnés. Nous avions même le boulanger qui passait tous les matins et qui vendait de succulentes viennoiseries ainsi que du très bon pain. Je recommande vivement!

This is a beautiful villa in a superb location. The bedrooms are beautiful and the veranda and garden is south facing so gets sunshine all day. The swimming pool is perfect and easy steps to get in. The town centre of Marina di Ragusa with numerous restaurants, the beach and two large supermarkets are all a few minutes walk away. Angelo is a very responsive host, replying to questions via the App within minutes and sorting out the few issues we had. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful house! The villa was very spacious, well-equipped and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities you could wish for. The views from every window into the garden and nature are beautiful. Communication with the host as well as all the recommendations for the area were great. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Just returned from a wonderful 11 days at the villa. The accommodation and grounds were more than enough room for all 9 of us (5 adults 4 children). The villa is super clean, nicely presented and situated in a beautiful rural location, which is very accessible from one of the main roads. We loved the large pool and there was plenty of room poolside for the kids to play football and have fun. It was also very safe for our adventurous two year old. Kathryn and her husband were first class hosts, providing us with useful information, sweet treats, and allowing us to pick fresh fruit from the farm. They were attentive to our every need. We also enjoyed using the barbecue, watching the sunset and having walks around the farm. Piazza Armerina is a nice, quiet little town. There are some good restaurants and people are very friendly. We also visited Taomirna, Enna and Caltagirone. It was a perfect getaway and we would definitely book again.

Lovely house, well furnished. Suitable for a family or group of couples with seperate bathrooms for each bedroom. We stayed as a family, our granddaughter had ample space to explore and play. Nice Pool , garden and open plan living /kitchen. Airconditioning and easy parking. Supermarkets closeby. Location is very good to explore this SW region of Sicily. In particular Noto, Regusa, Modica are within easy reach. The hosts Giovanni and Giorgio are easy to communicate with and very nice people. We enjoyed the baked pastries Giovanni brought over for us - a lovely gesture, much appreciated and tasty!! The house is newly built, walking to the Marina and beach is comfortable. Fully recommend a stay here. We enjoyed ours.

Ce fut un accueil exceptionnel dans une villa exceptionnelle. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les prestations haut de gamme de la maison ainsi que le soin porté aux extérieurs. Mais ce qui fut le plus remarquable est l'accueil que nous avons reçu. Nous avons été touchés par l'hospitalité de nos hôtes. L'entretien quotidien de la piscine et de ses abords à 6h30 par le propriétaire, avec une grande discrétion est tout à fait remarquable. Les conseils de Maria Laura et Tizianna et leur gentillesse sont également un point fort de ce séjour d'exception. Nous rêvons déjà de revenir !

Super villa magnifique vue mer très chaleureuse nous nous y sommes senti super bien. Hyper pratique en groupe avec 3 salle de bain et une cuisine séparé et grande. Les espaces extérieurs sont vraiment parfait. Hôte super sympathique et flexible.
