"Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

De locatie is de ideale uitvalsbasis voor zomer en wintervakanties, aan de voet van de Molltaler Gletscher, en dichtbij alle outdoor voorzieningen zoals rivier de Moll en de Raggaschlucht. Het moderne appartementenhuis bevat 6 compleet ingerichte appartementen met in totaal 28 bedden. Er is een opslagruimte voor skies aanwezig met schoenverwarming en een service ruimte voor skionderhoud. De gratis skibus is 150 meter lopen.

Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

Im Sommer erreichen sie in nur 2 min Gehzeit den Paragleiterlandeplatz sowie zahlreiche Spazier- und Wanderwege. Der Ortskern und ein Badesee sind nur 1,5 km entfernt. Restaurants und Gasthöfe sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Genießen sie die herrlichen Bergkulissen am Fuße des Tennengebirges. Wir freuen uns auf euch.
