This unique house has a style of its own. Ta Rozamari is a 2 bedroom house of character with lots of original features and a central courtyard with a private pool. A stone staircase leads to a sunny roof terrace with a 6 seater hot tub, bbq, dining area and sunbeds. Both bedrooms have an ensuite shower room and airconditioning. We are close to Balluta Bay and all the restaurants and night life of St Julian's. You can run, walk and swim from the 5km coastal promenade. This is a comfortable unique house it is situated in a farmhouse area 12 minutes walk from the airport . It is ser rounded by fields. In the house you find a nice kitchen a decent living area a bedroom with a shower room next to it we also have a small spare toilet. In the living area there is a large sofa bed which easily can be converted into another double bed. It’s a quiet and family oriented house and very safe.
