There is a private garden, separated from house by a small gravel road at the back of the house . Free parking on property.

The flat is is located in the central park of Ljubljana, on the verge of the woods, where you are likely to come across deer and hares. The environment has an artistic atmosphere: the Graphic Centre with its nice coffee shop, and Švicarija with studios of a number of Slovenian artist and a bistro, are in close vicinity In summer time, there are artistic events, concerts and performans. It is a 15-minute walk to the old part of the city, mostly through the park.
