Il piano inferiore è composto da una piscina e una terrazza. Sopra la piscina e il solarium coperto c'è una cucina esterna completamente attrezzata con frigorifero e barbecue, e un tavolo da pranzo da 12 posti con vista sul bellissimo paesaggio. Il piano centrale è composto da soggiorno, zona pranzo e una cucina completamente attrezzata, e allo stesso livello ci sono due camere da letto con bagno privato, oltre a un ulteriore bagno. L'ultimo piano è composto da tre camere da letto con bagno privato, due delle tre camere hanno un divano in più che può fungere da letto aggiuntivo.
