Villa Niki is part of the Linardici Olive Gardens property that features 2 other spectacular villas (villa Lynn and villa Tessa) so multiple family stay can be planned easily. This stone villa was built in 1893. and renovated in 2021. It consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 6 persons. On the groundfloor there is kitchen with a dining area. On the first floor there is spacious living room with TV, 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom. 2 bedrooms are in the loft. There is a small gym in the groundfloor with bathroom. Outdoors you will find a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, dining area and a Jacuzzi in the middle of the garden.

Enjoy this unique and newly decorated apartment, 600 m from the first beach on foot. The apartment is located on a hill. It is divided into two separate units, each of which is about 40 square meters in size. They do not have internal communication, so it is suitable for a vacation for couples/friends or families with older children, where everyone has their own privacy. The facilities are connected by an outdoor covered terrace. Most markets are 10-15 min walk from the apartment.
