Väldigt mysigt boende och välutrustat. Antonella var en perfekt värd, alltid tillgånlig och hjälpsam. Såg till att vi hade allt vi behövde och hjälpte till att ordna transfer och hyrbil, jättesmidigt!Nära till havet och en kort promenad till stranden. Nära till en del resturanger och affärer, dock är det mesta stängt denna tid på året, så bra med bil. Bra med dubbla internet uppkopplingar, som vi använde då vi jobbade från boendet, vilket fungerade bra. Fanns bord att sitta vid på båda våningarna. Bra att tänka på är att boendet är uppdelat på två våningar, som man endast tar sig emellan på utsidan av huset. Pågick en del renoveringar i området, samt väldigt många skällande hundar både dag och nattetid, så ibland störande ljud, i ett annars väldigt fridfullt område. Vi kan varmt rekommendera boendet och värden!

A beautiful apartment in a rare location in the lovely old town: on a quiet side street with rare passers-by. I really felt like I could have a taste of local lifestyle, having my coffees by the open doors and putting the trash out in the evenings like the locals do. Beautifully decorated with thoughtful amenities provided. A small beach for morning swims and amazing jogging/hiking paths just steps away while staying in town.

Wir haben mit zwei Omas 2 Wochen im Haius von Francesco am Meer verbracht. Die Lage ist wirklich phantastisch. Direkt vor der Terrasse beginnt das Meer. Ein kleiner Mini Sandtstrand ist 7 Meter entfernt, eine kleinere Bucht etwa 20 Meter und eine etwas größere Bucht 50 - 100 Meter. Mit dem Auto erreicht man die weitläufigeren Sandstrände im Norden in ca. 5-10 Minuten, im Süden nach etwa 20 Minuten. Wir haben im April zwei Wochen hier verbracht und die Ruhe genossen. Zu dieser Zeit im Jahr war noch nicht so viel Betrieb aber einige Restaurants hatten bereits offen. Ebenso der kleine Supermarkt im Ort. Das Haus ist unterteilt im zwei Einheiten mit dem Innenhof als Treffpunkt oder „Chill Area“. Der Grill ist praktisch und alle technischen Geräte haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Auch die Ausstattung ist umfangreich aber nicht überbordend. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Zur Begrüßung hat uns Francesco (als erste Gäste der Saison) eine Grundausstattung (Öl, Salz, Zucker, Caffé, Wein) Alles Top

Perfekt. Giorgio war sehr zuvorkommend. Er hat uns am Bahnhof abgeholt und uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben. Er war hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und hat uns immer rasch geantwortet. Die Terrasse ist spektakulär. Grazie mille.

We were positively surprised! Very cosy and clean. They figured out the smallest details. Marta and Stefano are very warm and friendly persons. It was a very nice stay!

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans ce joli logement. Un intérieur petit mais où rien ne manque , le ménage est plus que parfait, les cadeaux de bienvenu sont nombreux et de qualité, et l extérieur !!! Whaou une vue incroyable, un jacuzzi à l abri de tout , sans vis avis , juste une vue mer , au milieu d un jardin exotique. Tout est parfait y compris l accueil, les explications et les présents Merci pour tout Alexandro : votre gentillesse, votre maison, vos attentions, la propreté de votre bien . Nous recommandons bien évidemment ce lieu magique afin de visiter le sud des Pouilles

Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno ad inizio stagione. La casa ha tutti i requisiti per una vacanza rilassante: - splendida vista mare - spazio esterno con una piccola piscina - zona barbecue attrezzata per le grigliate. - ottima posizione per raggiungere il mare La struttura è tenuta in maniera impeccabile dall’host, Paolo, il quale si è dimostrato sempre gentile e disponibile e ha reso il nostro soggiorno confortevole con preziosi consigli e attenzioni. Torneremo molto volentieri.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Alles ist wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern gezeigt. Eros ist sehr freundlich und unterstützend und stets zu erreichen. He goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. Danke Eros!

We hebben 11 dagen verbleven in appartement 3, het is een schoon appartement met heerlijke zachte handdoeken en super goede bedden. Volgens de site heeft het een kitchenette, echter het heeft een koffie en thee apparaat en koelkast met vriesvakje. Er is wel een grote gemeenschappelijke keuken aanwezig met een gaskookplaat, vaatwasser, grote koelvriezer alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Er is een groot zwembad met voldoende ligbedden en een plek met heerlijke stoelen in de schaduw. De accommodatie ligt erg rustig, heerlijk als je van rust houdt. Binnen 15 minuten ben je op het strand of in een plaatsje. We hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad in de Masseria La Noa en zouden het zeker aanbevelen voor andere gasten

We had an amazing stay at Francesca’s. We were in contact with Lukas who was extremely helpful, clear and friendly. At check in, Lukas met us and showed us around, he had many local recommendations for us. Throughout the stay he was super responsive and helpful. The first morning we woke up to fresh croissant and pasticciotti!! The house was beautiful, very spacious, full of light and extremely clean. There are many places to sit and many amenities like the pool, outside showers, hammocks and outside BBQ area. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay, both Angelo and Giorgio were helpful and responsive and gave great recommendations! The apartment fit the 4 of us perfectly, and wow what a stunning view! We could see the huge cliffs of Albania on a clear day! Close enough to walk into Castro which has some great restaurants and also short walk to the little cove of Aquaviva which was brilliant to swim. We had a lovely stay, wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend to others! Grazie Mille

Set in peaceful countryside close to the sea, Villa Rosmarini is a wonderful place to stay and explore the Salento region. The villa is comfortable, well equipped and spacious for a couple or four people. From the roof terrace you can relax and watch the sun set over the sea. Stefania was a very helpful, friendly and responsive host. It's very close to Nardo, a pretty Baroque town with good shops and restaurants, and also close to Gallipoli (great for seafood). The local beach at Porto Selvaggio is a real treat. Would definitely stay again when we hopefully come back.

We enjoyed a great family holiday at the nice beach of punto Prosciutto (off season!). Angelo and his wife were very kind and super professional hosts. A new Airbnb experience was that Angelo asked us to sign a separate contract and comittment to the rules of the house. Although the list of rules and instructions is quite long its only common sense behavior and a respectful treatment of his property that he asks for. So, no problem to sign. And the result is a well maintained and clean experience for all his guests. Some information is not so clear from the general description of the house but every information is given in the rules for the stay on the airbnb page which you should devinetively read prior to the booking: e.g. for a family of 4 you have only access to 2 sleeping rooms and the use of the Pool comes with an aditional fee of 7.50€ per erson per day. we didnt use the Pool since I was not sure whether my kids (5&7) would easily follow the rules for it. We enjoyed the sea!

We had a wonderful week’s holiday at Livia’s place. The space had everything we needed for our stay, and we enjoyed sitting outside on the small terrace when the sun was out. The 15mins walk along the road to the beautiful Cala dell'Acquaviva Bay is a must. Swimming there is fantastic, and the water is a lot calmer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again. Thank you Livia!

Posizione perfetta per una vacanza di mare. Siamo arrivati il 16 di agosto e abbiamo fatto quasi una settimana e fortunatamente la signora Maria ha accettato la nostra richiesta, infatti non è scontato che la settimana di ferragosto venga spezzata. Purtroppo lei non abbiamo avuto l’occasione di conoscerla ma abbiamo conosciuto la signora Paola che ci ha fatto trovare una casa pulitissima. La casa è a 200m dal mare con ampio posto auto e un bagno esterno per evitare la sabbia in casa: posizione decisamente invidiabile per la vacanza di mare. Quella spiaggia è un po’ più frequentata ma appena 100m sulla sinistra ci sono un paio di calette con i sassi e acqua limpida. Il prezzo è abbastanza in linea con gli altri trovati su Airbnb. Ancora una volta però ringraziamo la signora Paola che si è resa sempre molto disponibile anche quando abbiamo avuto problemi di elettricità (dovuti al maltempo e assolutamente NON dovuti alla casa). Sicuramente tra i migliori host che abbiamo incontrato.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Antonio. C’est la maison des vacances par excellence ! Une super vue mer, une terrasse et une maison très agréable. Nous nous y sommes tout de suite sentis bien. Antonio nous a accueilli parfaitement et s’est montré très disponible. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Dejlig centralt beliggende lejlighed. Nød meget altanen, hvor der er mulighed for at nyde døgnets gang i den historiske del af Otranto. Lejligheden er lys, stor, moderne og veludstyreret. God AC system i alle rum. Vær opmærksom på, at der ikke kan køres ind til lejligheden pga. beliggenheden i den historiske del.

Maria and Tomasso’s place is gorgeous and they’ve thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The furniture and design and stunning views are worthy of a magazine! We loved the peace and quiet here in October and swam at the amazing beach right outside the door! We had a car and drove around to all the nearby towns, had dinners in Gallipoli. Just a wonderful stay. Thank you!!

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus war geräumig und der Garten ideal für mit Kinder. Allessandra war sehr gut erreichbar. Der Empfang erfolgte über ihre Eltern, welche sehr nett waren. Danke für alles🙏🏻

Siamo stati molto soddisfatti di tutto e non mancava nulla! Tutto è nuovo e ben tenuto. Maria Angela è una perfetta padrona di casa! Siamo stati benissimo nella vostra bella casa e ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio. Tutto funziona perfettamente nell'appartamento. Lo consigliamo vivamente!

La casa de Mimma y Simone es más hermosa aún que en las fotos, la terraza tiene unas vistas increíbles y por la escalera de piedra se llega al mar. Nos recibieron personalmente, fueron muy simpáticos y atentos, nos dejaron frutas, una canasta llena de cosas ricas para desayunar, una bandeja con masitas de crema deliciosas y muchas cosas más. Todo estaba impecable, organizado, tenía todo lo necesario para una estadía excelente. Cama cómoda, ropa de cama y de baño de primera calidad, decoración de muy buen gusto. Nos sentimos como en casa! Gracias Mimma y Simone por ser de verdad súper anfitriones!
