Holiday appartment in Oberammergau

Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! This is a great offer for anyone who would like to make the most of their holiday and is entirely for free for you!

Immenstadt liegt im Herzen des Allgäus mitten in den Allgäuer Alpen in der Ferienregion Alpsee-Grünten. Die Wohnung liegt zentrumsnah und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Berg-, Ski- und Badeausflüge. Das Kleinwalstertal in Österreich ist ca. 30 Autominuten entfernt.

The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt, -falls gewünscht-, völlig kontaktlos! Unsere gemütliche neu renovierte große Ferienwohnung in Lechaschau befindet sich in einem ehemaligen Bauernhaus direkt an der B189 (inner Orts) ins Lechtal. Da es sich um ein sehr altes Haus handelt, ist die Deckenhöhe im Vergleich zu Neubauten recht niedrig.

Am besten geeignet für 2 Personen oder eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern. Mit Auto und öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel super erreichbar: die Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite, ein eigener Parkplatz vor dem Hauseingang. Der Skilift Parsenn und die Wäldele-Egg Loipe sind nur wenige Meter entfernt.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Il nostro appartamento è situato in posizione centrale e tranquilla alla periferia di Höfen con una Panorama mozzafiato. Molte attività ricreative, laghi, impianti sportivi (sci, ciclismo, trekking, ...) e attrazioni (Castello di Neuschwanstein) sono nelle nostre vicinanze. Utilizza l'ottima posizione del nostro appartamento come punto di partenza per l'attività desiderata.

Diese Altbauwohnung wurde von mir frisch und liebevoll renoviert und bietet einen unvergesslichen, unverbauten Ausblick mit Südbalkon. Ich bin mir sicher, Sie werden meine Heimat lieben wie ich. Wanderungen oder Radtouren können direkt vor der Haustür starten, und auch die Skipisten sind nur eine große Wiese entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur ca. 200 m entfernt. Bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es einen großen Fernseher mit Netflix und schnelles WLAN.
