Lazio: soggiorni in alloggi con patio

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! O Apartamento de Alessandro é lindo! Bem decorado, camas confortáveis, assim como tudo na casa. Tudo novinho! Silêncio maravilhoso para dormir e o privilégio de acordar olhando as árvores. Eu e minha família amamos tudo! Alessandro nos deu recomendações úteis de como se locomover sem carro na cidade. Foi gentil em várias situações. Eu com certeza voltarei para ter dias de descanso. Tudo incrível! Obrigada!

Gute und große Wohnung, ideal für eine Familie, da es zwei Schlafzimmer gibt. Etwas außerhalb, aber die S Bahn Linie 8 ist direkt nebenan, mit der man gut ins Zentrum kommt. Die Küche ist etwas spärlich ausgestattet und es war kein Bild an der Wand, was der Gemütlichkeit etwas geschadet hat. Am Anfang funktionierten zwei Jalousien nicht. Wurden aber so schnell wie möglich repariert. Gute Kommunikation und Hilfe. Aufgrund der Lage zur S Bahn und sonstigen Ruhe zu empfehlen!!!

El piso es muy bonito, tranquilo y puedes disfrutar un poco de naturaleza y aire libre . Daniela y su mamá han sido muy amables y resolutivas. Y el barrio es encantador con un poco de vida y muy gente local. Sin dudas lo recomendamos sobre todo para largas estadías ya que se descansa muy bien .

We had 6 lovely days staying at Pierluigi’s apartment which was comfortable and clean. The apartment had all the amenities we required, including a washing machine. What we enjoyed the most was the sunny terrace with 3 seating areas, nearly the size of the apartment. Although it was a long , but walkable distance into the center of Rome, bus 46 was accessible nearby. There are however large amount of restaurants and shops nearby. Pierluigi was a responsive and helpful host.

This was a magical experience. I cannot imagine a kinder and more helpful host than Kevin, and I can’t imagine a more magical location. Great advice on things to do in the area and incredibly helpful in terms of getting us oriented and “plugged in” in Capestrano.

The place was even more beautiful than the photos! peaceful, surrounded by nature, and perfect for relaxing. We truly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and friendly. They responded quickly to all our requests and provided everything we needed. The instructions were clear and thoughtful. The jacuzzi was amazing, especially at night with the outdoor lights—it created such a magical atmosphere. Every detail inside the place seemed carefully chosen with guests in mind, combining comfort and style

La casa è molto accogliente, la cucina ben fornita ed il giardino è davvero un idillo. Io ed il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato una notte e abbiamo trovato la casa molto rilassante. I due gatti in giardino erano molto socievoli ed educati.

Paolo è stato un host eccezionale. Sempre disponibile e cortese, ha risposto con grande gentilezza a tutte le mie richieste. La sua disponibilità mi ha fatto sentire a mio agio durante tutto il soggiorno. Consiglio vivamente il suo bnb a chiunque cerchi un’esperienza senza preoccupazioni e un host davvero attento.

Casale a dir poco stupendo! Dotato di ogni comfort, dall’aria condizionata a ogni possibile utensile per cucina, per non parlare delle dotazioni extra fornite in ogni bagno o all’interno dell’area lavanderia. Arredamento originale, moderno, ricercato ed elegante. Spazio esterno da sogno! Vista mozzafiato, un intero frutteto con prodotti 100% biologici a nostra completa disposizione. Vincenzo è un host discreto e riservato ma sempre presente e disponibile all’occorrenza. Apprezzatissimi i suoi consigli su attività, ristoranti e posti da visitare nei dintorni. Al nostro arrivo ci ha omaggiato con una bottiglia di una cantina locale e con dell’ottimo olio abruzzese. Il nostro Golden Retriever ha adorato lo spazio esterno, giardino super curato e vista mozzafiato a 360º, alba e tramonti spettacolari. Soluzione perfetta per chi fugge dal caos della città e cerca un soggiorno di totale relax. Mancherebbe solo una bella piscina dopodiché sarebbe la casa dei sogni! Torneremo sicuramente!

Ho avuto un soggiorno fantastico e non posso che raccomandare vivamente questa struttura. L'alloggio è molto pulito, ampio e confortevole, perfetto per rilassarsi. I padroni di casa, Gianni e Carolina, sono persone squisite che fanno sentire gli ospiti ben accolti. La casa presenta un'ampia veranda coperta e un giardino attrezzato con barbecue, in un contesto tranquillo e silenzioso. Tutto era in ottimo stato e la casa confortevole. Un encomio va al signor Gianni che In questo periodo di giornate così fredde, la sua attenzione ai dettagli ha fatto la differenza. Mi ha chiamata la mattina per informarsi riguardo l'orario del mio arrivo e, al mio ingresso, ho trovato i termosifoni accesi, creando un'atmosfera calda e accogliente. Questa coccola non è passata inosservata e ha reso il mio soggiorno ancora più confortevole.

Alloggio con tutto ciò che serve. Host disponibile e cordiale. Vicino al mare e con facilità a trovare parcheggio per la macchina.

My stay at Giacomo’s place was absolutely fantastic! The space was impeccably clean, stylishly designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Giacomo was an exceptional host—kind, responsive, and always ready to assist with helpful recommendations for the local area. I truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made my stay unforgettable. I would highly recommend Giacomo’s place to anyone visiting the area and would love to return in the future!

La casa di Aldo è molto accogliente, pulita e ben posizionata, la macchina l'abbiamo sempre parcheggiata davanti al portone di casa, vicoletto molto silenzioso e tranquillo, due passi dalla piazza centrale, a pochi passi dai negozi di alimentari ( pescheria, macelleria, panificio....). A circa 30 min dalle piste di Campo Felice e 15 da Ovindoli. Consigliatissimo, GRAZIE SIG ALDO.

nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. idéalement situé, il permet de tout faire à pied. petit bémol pour le bruit, les fenêtres isolent assez mal et les bruits de l'extérieur nous ont régulièrement réveillés. la terrasse est agréable, malheureusement le système d'extraction du restaurant d'à côté est assez bruyant et les odeurs de friture pas très agréables. enfin, la salle de bain aurait besoin d'un petit coup de propre. tout le reste était impeccable

숙소가 도시 내에 편리한 곳에 위치에 있어서 근교를 다니거나 도시 네 돌아 보는데 부족함이 없습니다. 그리고 숙소에 모든 시설은 사용하는데 불편해 없도록 잘 준비 되어 있습니다. 그리고 궁금한 사항이나 필요한 정보를 성의껏 다 제공해 주셔서 감사합니다. 제가 사용 중에 세라의 물병을 파손 해서에 에어비앤비를 통해서 잘 협의 하고 마무리 하였습니다. 숙소를 사용하실 때는 그런 점을 주의해서 사용하시면 좋겠습니다. 그리고 숙소 주변에 무료 주차 공간은 요일별로 특정 시간에는 주차가 허용 되지 않으니 이점을 유의 하여 주차 하면 좋겠습니다.

An excellent place right next to the Colosseum! The neighborhood is very walkable, and there’s a 24-hour grocery store right across the street. We loved the outdoor courtyard and jetted tub! The TV had every streaming option as well as local channels, so we were able to unwind after full days of sightseeing. Luca our host was extremely responsive and helpful to us. Grazie mille!

A previous reviewer said stop looking and grab this place if you are so fortunate as to be able to. I second that opinion. The apartment is very comfortable and unusually peaceful. It has the texture and personality of whoever used to live here -- statues, prints, more dishes, cutlery etc than you will use, lots of comfortable furniture, etc. In addition it is wonderfully located -- in Trastevere, next to the Tiber and Isola Tiberina. These attributes alone warrant five stars, but then there is as well a remarkable spacious comfortable terrace on top of the apartment, with views over the Tiber. The one improvement would be if the host provided a few pages of advice/instruction: where to put the garbage, that a wall switch must be on for the kitchen stove to ignite, a few recommended restaurants, etc. But this is to ask for a cherry on the sundae. We would return in an instant.

This is my second time staying at Antonella’s apartment. Very close to the colosseum and close to a lot of the major attractions. Her apartment is very clean and comfortable. Furthermore, Antonella is a great person, very friendly and easy to communicate with. I hope this apartment is available the next time I visit Rome. I highly suggest this apartment for anyone visiting the beautiful city.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Fabrizio. L’appartement est décoré de manière simpliste mais il est fonctionnel et au calme, tout en étant à deux pas du Vatican. La terrasse était très appréciable également, ainsi que la literie.

We absolutely lucked out with this beautiful apartment. It was exactly what our family of 4 needed to nurse our jet lag. This apartment was so quiet, so peaceful, and very well appointed. It is well located but still tucked away from the hoards of tourists. Rudi was very responsive and kind to us during our stay. There are two stories, each with its own bedroom which made the apartment feel quite large. We also loved the terraces to have a glass of wine before going out for dinner. 10/10.

Had a wonderful stay at Micheles appartment. All the sightseeing was able to be reached by foot and there were a lot of restaurants & shops nearby. Would totally visit again. Check-In & Out was very flexible aswell.
