Lanusei: case vacanze con accesso alla spiaggia

Alessios Wohnung ist absolut zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist zentral, trotzdem ruhig, gut zu erreichen und hat einen privaten Parkplatz. Der Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer ist großartig! Die Küchenausstattung ist in Ordnung. Vermisst habe ich Küchenmesser (zum Gemüseschneiden) und Weingläser, aber das ist ja nicht so furchtbar entscheidend. Silvia, Alessios Tochter, war immer gut zu erreichen und sehr freundlich! Ich würde auf jeden Fall dort wieder wohnen wollen, wenn ich wieder nach Santa Maria Navarrese komme.

Valentina est quelqu’un d’exceptionnel, elle était toujours à notre disposition et nous aidait très rapidement en cas de besoin….. le village est magnifique et très calme ☺️

We fell in love with this small town, and Silvana's apartment was the perfect cozy stay. Silvana was an incredible host, very responsive and helpful! We loved being able to see the ocean from the balcony with views of the mountains behind us as well. The location is perfect for a stay in Santa Maria Navarrese, a short walking distance to the beach, supermarket, and port.

Very nice location, seaview from your bed, just next to the sea. Nice apartment, good communication, absolutely recommended!

This place was just great for our weekly stay in Santa Maria Navarese, kids really loved this small spot upstairs from living room. Minimalistic and unified design makes the apartment kind of unique. This shelf in the living room was really great for working and have coffee or beer on the terrace with see view was always nice. Of course there are some cones, but not major ones. Bathroom seems to be fairy older than the appartment - my rating 3/5. Internet speed is ok for work just in the morning (20/10Mbps). In the evenings it was so slow, that I rather used 5G (Windtre operator) with good speed.

Felt like we were part of a real village instead of a tourist resort. Alessandro was very helpful coordinating a boat trip of the beautiful coastline and recommending places to eat during the off season. The view from the second floor was calming and beautiful!

Belle décoration sur le thème maritime literie confortable, cuisine et salle de bain très fonctionnelles. salon avec vue sur la mer. Jacuzzi à bonne température et très confortable la plage est à 5 min à pieds et les restaurants à 10 min à pieds Borne de recharge électrique pour voiture à 10 min à pieds. Great accommodation, with beautiful view over the sea. We really enjoyed sitting in the little garden in the shade, cooling off from a day in the sun. Cala Gonone is beautiful, and I recommend renting a boat to explore the shoreline.

Logement idéal pour être au calme durant la periode hors saison. Magnifique emplacement, et la vallée était super belle. Possibilité de randonner, d'aller à la plage. Magasins à 15 min en voitute mais cela n'a pas été un soucis pour nous. Le jardin était clôturé, ce qui était parfait pour notre petit chien. Les voisins étaient très gentils. L'hôte est très présent et réponds à toutes nos questions. Je recommande cet emplacement.

Auch wenn wir nur zwei Nächte im Airbnb verbracht haben, hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Das Airbnb hat uns sehr gefallen, alles wie beschrieben und der Garten war besonders schön! Im April hatten wir den Strand fast für uns allein. Baden war sogar möglich, also gerne Strandtücher mitnehmen. Zu Fuß erreichbare Restaurants gibt es in der Nebensaison nicht, jedoch konnten wir in der Küche sehr gut kochen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. La vista dal terrazzo è impagabile. Ordine e pulizia erano eccellenti e l'host è sempre stato gentile e disponibile. Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere.

Das kleine Haus liegt perfekt um mit der Familie entspannte Strandferien zu machen. Das Häuschen bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Strand vor der Tür ist sehr schön. Der Kontakt vor Ort mit Marcus war sehr angenehm. Marcus hat uns persönlich und herzlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit, eine Wiederholung ist nicht auszuschliessen.

Il soggiorno a casa di Sonia è stato perfetto, la casa è super spaziosa, rinnovata di recente e con un bello spazio esterno che abbiamo apprezzato sia noi che il nostro cane! Consigliato per una vacanza rilassante in una zona tranquilla ma vicina a spiagge bellissime.

The apartment was exactly as described. Paolo responded quickly to any enquiries and assisted in arranging transport back to the airport. Thank you Paolo. Check in and checkout went well and was very simple. The area was beautiful and quiet. The beach was stunning and just a short stroll away. Supermarket had all the basics and was just across the road. In front of the house. on Thursday and Saturday there is a market with lovely fresh produce and little gifts, beach wear and lots of little bits to buy. I would highly recommend to people who want a lovely, quiet and peaceful holiday in a little part of paradise.

L’alloggio è molto curato e carino. Molto ben attrezzato e perfetto in ogni suo spazio compreso il parcheggio per l’auto. Molto luminoso con una terrazza bellissima che purtroppo, data la pioggia abbiamo potuto usare poco! Consigliatissimo

New remodel. Clean. Easy to find. Walking distance to the beach, port, restaurants. Be aware of problems with parking.We were unable to park our rental Fiat 500X at the property - with cars parked on the street there is no enough clearance to enter past the gate. Cala Gonone is a very popular town with limited parking. Smart car or a motorcycle can park there.

We had a lovely stay in Maria‘s appartment! It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The beach and the supermarket as well as a couple restaurants were a quick walk away. Our only struggle was that the mattress did not feel the most comfortable to us. We absolutely loved everything else!

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit bei Andrea und seiner Frau. Andrea ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der schnell auf Fragen antwortet und viele Vorschläge für Unternehmungen bereit hält. Das Apartment ist sehr groß, modern und sauber. Sichere Parkplätze finden sich direkt vor der Unterkunft.

Beautiful view and easy to find. Close to the coast and shops. Parking is pretty tight to get in and out so be wary if you have a larger car. But would recommend very highly. Host was responsive and proactive. Had a great stay.

We had a lovely stay. A great location, close to some beautiful beaches and great restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable with an amazing view. A big thank you to Riccardo who was a great host, always quick to reply and had lots of recommendations for things to do and places to go in the local area.

This was our 2nd visit to apartment and it has been modernised, the bathroom which was really lovely. All new doors and windows and we noticed a new sofa too. We always enjoy our stay, the bed is super comfortable and have best sleep, I will miss this. The balcony is a generous size and has a lovely sea view. Nice enjoying morning coffee or aperitif of an evening gazing out to the ocean. The beach will take a 3/4 minutes to walk. All you need is catered for. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here.
