Holiday appartment in Oberammergau

Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! There is more information available on the Königscard website which you can easily find with a search engine. This is a great offer for anyone who would like to make the most of their holiday and is entirely for free for you!

The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Im Herzen des westlichen Mittelgebirges liegt das malerische Götzens. Meine Unterkunft liegt in zentraler ruhiger Lage. Innsbruck ist mit Bus oder Auto in 15 min. zu erreichen. Shopping und Kultur im alpinen Umfeld ! In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich 2 Supermärkte, Bäcker, Metzger, Apotheke und ein Arzt. Weiter befinden sich in der nähe ein Hallenbad, eine Eishalle und ein Tennisplatz. Das Schigebiet liegt 300m entfernt und ist zu Fuß in 5 min. erreichbar. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

Idyllisch gelegenes Heim mit Blick auf den Ifen

Liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtete, ehemalige Künstlerwerkstatt auf einem grosszügigem Wiesengrundstück und in toller Lage mit freiem Blick auf den Berg Ifen und das Gottesackerplateau. Am besten geeignet für 2 Personen oder eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern. Mit Auto und öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel super erreichbar: die Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite, ein eigener Parkplatz vor dem Hauseingang. Der Skilift Parsenn und die Wäldele-Egg Loipe sind nur wenige Meter entfernt.

Chalet Arthur - dein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Skiabenteuer im Wander- und Skiparadies Ladis-Fiss-Serfaus. Zu Fuss ist die Seilbahn in drei Minuten erreichbar. Unsere Ferienwohnungen im Landhausstil sorgen für ein gemütliches Ambiente. Top 1 bietet Platz für 4 - 5 Personen und Top 2 für 2 Personen. Die gemütliche Couch kann zusätzlich als Schlafplatz für 1 - 2 Personen benützt werden. Vor dem Haus steht dein Parkplatz zur Verfügung.

Das ist unsere große Erdgeschosswohnung. Umgebaut aus dem ehemaligen Dorfladen mit über 3m Raumhöhe und richtig viel Platz für alle - nicht nur im großen zentralen Wohnraum, sondern auch mit genug Rückzugsraum in der Lounge und den vier Schlafzimmern. Licht von allen Seiten, zwei moderne Bäder, Terrasse direkt am Bach mit Blick zur Zugspitze, Garten, nette alte und neue Details - was will man mehr? Und jetzt ist sogar der Dorfplatz neu renoviert.

Die 2023 neu renovierte Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für 1 - 6 Personen. Das große Wohnzimmer m. zusätzlicher Doppel-Bettcouch hat Südbalkon u. einen wundervollen Blick auf Waxensteine u. Alpspitze. Im Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und zusätzlichem Waschbecken genießen Sie den Blick vom Balkon über weite Wiesen zum Wank. Das 2. Schlafzimmer hat 2 getrennt stehende Betten; die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet mit gemütlicher Essecke.

Die Dachwohnung mit schönem Gartenblick und wunderbarer Weitsicht auf die Berge Piz Clünas und Muot da l’Hom, befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit angebautem Schafstall. Das Haus liegt zentral im schönen Bergdorf Ftan (1650 m.ü.M.). Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang. 1 Parkplatz (kostenlos) ist unterhalb des Hauses vorhanden. Ebenso haben unsere Gäste kostenlosen Wi-Fi - Zugang. Im Wohnbereich ist TV vorhanden.

Diese liebevoll renovierte Altbauwohnung bietet einen unvergesslichen, unverbauten Bergblick mit Südbalkon — Alpspitze, Waxensteine und Zugspitze direkt vor Augen. Bei schlechtem Wetter: großer Smart-TV mit Netflix und schnelles WLAN. Ich bin mir sicher, Sie werden meine Heimat lieben.
