I padroni di casa abitano al piano superiore, ma non utilizzano i servizi come la piscina stagionale, il barbecue, il calcio balilla, le freccette, la terrazza soleggiata e la zona relax che sono a disposizione esclusiva degli ospiti. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

On the ground floor is a kitchen equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, electric stove and coffee machine. Near the kitchen is a dining room and a living room equipped with a sofa and modern TV. A full equipped bathroom (including a waching machine) is also situated on the ground floor.
