Villa Sofimar smještena je u mirnom mjestu Zubovići, uz samu morsku obalu pokraj impresivne stjenovite klisure. Predivna kamena villa okružena je prostranom okućnicom u mediteranskim stilu i uređena s puno pažnje. Apartman I proteže se kroz cijeli 1. kat, sadrži predivnu prostranu terasu, te nudi nesvakidašnji doživljaj odmora uz spektakularan panoramski pogled na more koji ostavlja bez daha. Blizina mora, svjež povjetarac i zvuk valova čine ovu terasu jedinstvenom oazom za odmor i opuštanje.

Unsere Ferienwohnung Sunset-Oase befindet sich in dem kleinen Örtchen Prizna an der Kvarner Bucht. Die Wohnung liegt in Erster Linie am Adriatischen Meer. Die Lagune ist direkt über einen eigenen Treppenzugang erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung wurde in 2017 neugebaut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die 15 m² große Terrasse  bietet einen romantischen Sonnenuntergang. Sie ist mit Sonnenliegen, Stühlen und Terrassentisch ausgestattet. Die Inseln PAK (3 km) und RAB (15 km) können schnell erreich werden.

Apartments Silver (Gajac). We rent a holiday apartments a bit uphill from apartment complex Gajac in a peaceful surrounding and nature near Zrće beach (20 min walk to the festival area and famous clubs - Papaya, Aquarius, Kalypso & Noa / only few minutes with a car). Beautiful Gajac beach is reached by a shortcut (800m), 10min walk and it will lead you to the nicest part of the beach with a great beach restaurant! Closest city is Novalja (2 km). Aby ste aj pri neskorom príchode boli bez starostí, v apartmáne nájdete v chladničke vodu na osvieženie, kapsule na kávu na prvé ráno a v kúpelni jednorázový sprchový gél.
