Revamped Minimalist Stone Country House

Nestled on the foot of mount Giouchtas, in the picturesque village of Archanes, our stone countryhouse is located in one of the most central and beautiful parts of the area. Archanes are 20 minutes away from the centre of Heraklion(15km), 15 minutes away from Heraklion's International airport, 15 minutes away from the famous Minoan palace of Knossos, as well as 20 minutes away from numerous beautiful beaches. Situated in the center of the most important wine-producing region of Crete, it has a 5000 years old history, while excavations conducted in the last 50 years have brought to light a lot of sites dating back to the Minoan period. The village is also very famous for its typical Cretan architecture. Most of the houses have been restored recently and Archanes has won the second award as “the best restored village in Europe”. The house enjoys a spacious interior and a private garden, which is protected by a peripheral wall. This is a typical characteristic of old Cretan houses of the area. Guests enter the private garden through the gate which then leads to the main building. I am always at the disposal of my guests, so that I can make their holiday problem-free. Furthermore, there is a free parking very close to the house. The country house is only 20’ away from the “Nikos Kazantzakis Airport” and the port. The archeological site of Knossos is 15’ away.

The 60 sqm apartment offers 2 bedrooms, as well as a spacious living room with fireplace, pull-out sofa and open kitchen. There is air conditioning in the living room. The furnished roof terrace with a sea view is at your disposal. The apartment has a balcony. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the beach

Almyriki Beach House is a beachfront house located on the southern coast of Crete, on the picturesque beach of Sidonia. Have you ever dreamed of waking up and swimming in the Libyan Sea only seconds later? Then this is the perfect house for your dream to come true. House Elia is in a nice environment. It has a private garden with a nice terrace that you can sit and enjoy your breakfast or a coffee. It is situated 10 meters from sea and in walking distance there is a supermarket and nice Taverns. For the lovers of healthy diet, can try freshly cut vegetables from the garden that are grown by my mother......Surely the house ELIA make the difference because of greek coffee who is ofered by my mother[zaxarenia] and the traditional homemade food.

Terra Skouros is a newly built beach house unit of two twin maisonettes, Terra Skouros I and Terra Skouros II. The unit is located in a 6.000 m2 olive grove in South Crete. It's 65 km away from Heraklion and only 40 m away from Skouros beach. The view is diverse as large windows overlook the ocean or the mountains. The natural materials and the large windows disperse ample natural light creating a warm atmosphere, connecting the interior with the exterior in harmony.
