Sastoji se od dvije sobe, kuhinje, kupaone i velike terase. U dvorištu je parkirno mjesto, roštilj i vanjski tuš. U blizini je dućan, caffe bar i restoran.

Mentre al primo piano ci sono due camere matrimoniali e una singola e un bagno. Il grande vantaggio di questa casa è l'ampia terrazza completamente recintata di 80 m2.
