Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen Wohn-/Schlafraum mit Boxspring Doppelbett und einem Schlafzimmer mit Schlafsofa. Der Duschraum und daa WC sind getrennt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und Kapselmaschine. Nächster Lift ist Gaisberg ( 3 Gehminuten) , ebenso die Bushaltestelle. Der Badesee und das Zentrum sind jeweils in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die weltberühmte Stadt Kitzbühel ist nach einer kurzen Fahrt zu besuchen. Minipool des Hauses mitbenutzbar.
