Our place is self, contained ,separate from the main house. 2 bedrooms are upstairs access 2nd bedroom through first. Milk, tea coffee with facilities to cook meals . Bench oven cooktop, two element cooker, refrigerator , toaster , tv. One hour to Rotorua or Tauranga, less than 30 mins to Rotorua lakes or Whakatane for sea fishing. 15 mins drive to Kawerau.Room for your boat , wash down bay for boats or motorbikes. Pet friendly. Homestay is behind our house so drive around to park there.

It has one main room which includes a kitchen area, a dining room table, a lounge and beds and there's a separate bathroom. It is accessed up a flight of stairs with a laundry for use downstairs.
