Bedrooms Both bedrooms are fitted with luxurious Queen size beds - gorgeous linen and towels are also provided. During your stay you will have access to the entire 2 bedroom self contained holiday accommodation. Guests have their own private entry to the apartment which is accessible via a coded front door lock. No keys are required. On arrival we look forward to welcoming you with a breakfast pack which includes locally made muesli / granola, organic milk, free range eggs, a loaf of bread and spreads. Guest are able to let themselves in as the apartment has coded entry. Access and contact details will be provided prior to arrival. A short easy stroll to either the beautiful Milford or Castor Bay beaches. Dining or shopping is also nearby at the Milford shopping precinct. Milford Shopping Centre has some of Auckland's top fashion shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. Self drive ++ Off-street car parking. Easy access to motorway on/off ramps. Quickest access to our place is via motorway exit 417: Tristram Ave. ++ 35 minute drive to/from Auckland Airport. ++ 15 minute drive to the Auckland CBD. ++ 7 minute drive to Takapuna entertainment and business centres. ++ 12 minute drive to the Albany business centres. Public transport options ++ Readily available taxi / Uber drivers in the area. ++ 50m walk to the nearest bus stop. ++ Bus #822 or #858 for Takapuna or the CBD. There are two streets of same name in the North Shore area. Please ensure that you confirm to your taxi driver or bus driver that you are requiring Castor Bay. Views and convenience at Snells Beach.

Our space is great for travellers who enjoy wineries, cafes, beaches, walks, a boutique cinema, Matakana market on Saturdays, Morris and James pottery and the variety of places to visit and explore within easy distance. Nearby is the ferry for a day at Kawau Island. The downstairs studio is private but we are close by and pleased to help and chat if you choose. Warkworth has large grocery stores and shopping but we have an adequate shopping centre and local pub within walking distance.

Braemar Cottage - new, peaceful, stunning views!

Braemar Cottage is a fully self-contained spacious unit in the lovely Snells Beach. It has a gorgeous ocean view over Kawau Bay. Snells Beach is about an hour's north of Auckland and perfect for a quiet relaxed getaway. There are plenty of things to do nearby from visiting charming country cafes and wineries, or shopping at the local farmer's markets, or even taking a day trip to explore Kawau Island. If you want to explore or relax closer to the cottage, the beach is only 500m away.
