There is a private parking (included in the price) in front of the house which is really rare in the historic center. Con la sua conversione, è diventata una residenza familiare vicino alla città medievale di Montona, non lontano dalla pista ciclabile ed escursionistica della Parenzana e dalla stazione termale di Istarske Toplice. Un'atmosfera particolare è data dal giardino con uliveti, giardino, oltre che da animali domestici come cani, gatti, capre e conigli.
