Our 2 bed 'Mountain Space' apartment is still quite new, stylishly and lovingly furnished with the best of Berlin design & photography from local artists. Just 10 mins from Sölden + 2 other ski resorts, the mountains await you! Take in those spectacular mountain views on the sunny 90m2 S/W facing terrace, whilst enjoying a cup of coffee or apres-ski beer outside, breathing in the crisp mountain air. Alles Comfortappartement, Beim diesem Appartementpreis ist keine Premiumcard includiert (Benutzung von der Freizeit Arena ) Kurtaxe wir vor Ort berechnet €5 pro Person pro Nacht im Sommer. Von Jänner bis Februar werden unsere Appartements nur von Samstag bis Samstag vermietet. Sie können die Bilder der Appartements auf meiner Homepage ansehen. Frühstück können Sie vor Ort mit buchen. €20 pro Person pro Tag. Das Waschen und Trocknen der Wäsche kostet pro Waschgang €10 und ist nicht kostenfrei.

Schöne kleine Wohnung in der Mitte vom Ötztal

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in der Nähe von Längenfeld und Sölden auf dem Weiler Burgstein (~1500m Seehöhe). Hier erwartet Sie ein schöner Ausblick über Längenfeld. Burgstein ist im Sommer der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Radfahrer, Wanderungen, Kletter- und Radtouren. Im Winter erreichen Sie die umliegenden Skigebiete in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die (Ski)Bushaltestelle ist 2,5km entfernt, in der Hauptsaison fährt 2 x ein Taxi zur Haltestelle. Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Längenfeld/Huben.

Haus am Lech

Moderne Ferienwohnung direkt am Lech. Die Wohnung besteht aus einer modern eingerichteten Küche ,Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett), einem Bad mit Dusche und Toilette, und einem Eingangsbereich mit Garderobe. Die Wohnung befindet sich zurückversetzt im Hof/Garten bzw. am Lech und komplett im 1. Obergeschoss.Über den Lech genießt man einen romantischen Blick auf das ehemalige Kloster St.Mang und das Hohe Schloss zu Füssen. Einkaufen, Bummeln, Essengehen... ohne Verkehrsmittel möglich.
