You can expect a completely new, modernly renovated, comfortably furnished apartment with a spacious open living-dining area with a corner couch, smart TV and tiled stove. Beautiful large south and west facing balcony with mountain views. New, very well-equipped, open-plan kitchen with minibar, Nespresso machine with 2 capsules / day included free of charge. In the spacious bedroom (approx. 25m²) with a box spring bed (180x200cm) there is an additional daybed (90x200cm) and another TV (Smart TV) and of course free WiFi everywhere. The "Säulingblick" holiday apartment can optionally be extended by booking our double room for up to two additional people on request for € 50 / night.

Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Charmant & gemütlich eingerichtete Dachgeschosswohnung mit hohen Decken, Sichtbalken, sonnigem West-Balkon, Kamin und offenen Wohn-/Essbereich- Familien geeignet. Unsere 80 qm Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Nachbarschaft, direkt unterhalb König Ludwigs II Märchenschloss Neuschwanstein und mit Blick auf das Schloss Hohenschwangau. In 15 Minuten seid ihr zu Fuß am Alpsee und am Aufstieg zu den Schlössern. Bei uns starten viele schöne Wanderungen/ Radtouren. Schwangau ist 2,6 km, Füssen 4,2 km entfernt.

Gemütliche Wohnung, Traumblick auf See und Berge

Aufwachen mit Blick auf Allgäuer Berge und Zugspitze, über der die Morgensonne den Himmel rot färbt. Frühstücken mit Blick auf den Weißensee. Am Nachmittag auf dem gemütlichen Sofa erholen von der Wanderung auf den zu Fuß erreichbaren Falkenstein, Deutschlands höchste Burgruine, vom Skiausflug ins nahe gelegene Tannheimer Tal, vom Besuch bei König Ludwig II auf Schloss Neuschwanstein oder vom Badetag am Weißensee, der mit klarem Alpenwasser in nur fünf Gehminuten Entfernung wartet. Obergeschoss.Über den Lech genießt man einen romantischen Blick auf das ehemalige Kloster St.Mang und das Hohe Schloss zu Füssen. Einkaufen, Bummeln, Essengehen... ohne Verkehrsmittel möglich.

Unsere Wohnung "Bergblick" ist die geräumige Variante unserer 2 Alpenliebe- Auszeit Ferienwohnungen. Sie liegt im Dachgeschoss unseres Hauses. Auf ihrer geschützten Ost Loggia frühstückt man in der Morgensonne und in der Ferne grüßen die Berge. Sie wurde von uns mit viel Liebe zum Detail und im Einklang mit der Umgebung ausgestattet, mit antikem bäuerlichem Mobiliar in Verbindung mit zeitgenössischen Möbeln. Kuschelige Felle, Holz und Leinen schaffen Wohlfühl- Atmosphäre.

At the edge of the medieval old town, immediately at the historical city wall, our 4-room-apartment is located on the first floor of a luxurios old town art nouveau villa, which is under monumental protection. The villa was completely renovated in 2015. The villa is in the heart of Füssen, just a stone´s throw from the old town and Füssen´s main station. The bus station to Schloss Neuschwanstein is only meters away.

Erlebe die Riviera des Allgäus in diesem modern ausgestattetem Appartement mit Blick auf die Berge. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig und fußläufig zum Hopfensee. Morgens kann man auf der Terasse mit Bergblick seinen Kaffee genießen. Vom Haus aus kann man mehrere kleine Wanderungen starten (z.B. zur Burgruine oder zum Faulensee), ansonsten ist man natürlich auch schnell in den Bergen.
