京都の伝統的な木造建築方式によるメゾネットタイプのテラスハウス。２ベッドルーム，２フルバスルームでそのうち１は露天風呂浴槽。 フルキッチン、レストルーム、シャワールームなどの水回りは現代的にリフォームしてあるりますので快適に過ごせます。 一棟貸し切りですので、他のゲストとスペースを共有することはありません。露天風呂も２４時間専用でご利用できます。 連泊割引は３連泊から10%～７連泊で17%割引。清掃料金1回につき8,800円を頂いていますので3連以上の宿泊が絶対お得です。 2026年３月から１名１泊1,000円の宿泊税になります。現地での宿泊税の徴収はありません。 ペットの受け入れは室内犬のみ対応になりました。介助犬は無料です。 作業用の小机、ベビーベッドの無料貸し出し可能。 最寄りのKH32藤森駅まで徒歩３分。KH34伏見稲荷駅まで３分、KH36東福寺駅まで５分、七条駅まで７分、清水五条駅まで10分、祇園四条駅まで12分そして三条まで14分。東山地区へのアクセス抜群。通常、京都駅からバスでそれらの地区に行くには20分から1時間かかります。近鉄奈良駅まで有料特急を利用して50分です。

Haruya Guesthouse

Our guesthouse is in a beautiful mountain village, near to it are pristine forests with beech trees and an ancient mountain path that was used to carry sea products from Japan sea to Kyoto in old days. In front of the guesthouse runs a stream that is a source of Lake Biwa and its water is crystal clear ; in early summer nights many fireflies fly over the stream. In winter, we have a lot of snow ; sometimes it reaches 2 meters from the ground! On clear nights you can enjoy the sky full of stars.

I am an Artist / Photographer born in Kyoto I started hosting because I love meeting people from all over the world and making new friends. This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts. Private cypress bath and renovated rooms and made another entrance for the Guests. So now it is 2 separate house Please check the house rules before you book.

囲炉裏を囲んで仲間とゆっくり過ごせます。風や空模様に季節を感じながら、五右衛門風呂やかまど、昔ながらのスローライフが楽しめます(カセットコンロ、IHヒーター、シャワーあります)。薪ストーブクッキング、屋外でのBBQも出来ます。 　出雲市駅から自動車で10分。出雲大社へは２5分。近くに温泉もあります。20畳の和室がプライベートな寝室で、キッチンとトイレは共有です。蔵に設計事務所を併設していて平日は8時30から18時まで仕事をしています。眺めの良い茅葺の小間もお使い頂けます。 　エアコンもありますが夏は縁側を開け放って蚊帳を掛けると、夏の夜風が快眠を誘います。春から秋は蛙やヒグラシ、鈴虫などの懐かしい声が枕元に届きます。 　炭火や火起こしに不慣れな方はタイミングが合えばお手伝いします。薪は無料、囲炉裏を使う場合はBBQ炭を持参してください。 スーパーマーケットまで1､6キロ、出雲市駅まで5キロです。 田圃道、川土手などのを早朝にウォーキング，ジョギングすると気持ちいいです。 ペットは土間でお願いしています。7，8月は庭のブルベリーをどうぞ。

We also retain the original properties of the machiya. Here, you can experience the original and traditional Japan, and also you can feel the ingenuity of combining modern elements with traditional craftsmanship.
