Gemütlicher Bauwagen zum Wohlfühlen, im Garten mit Birn- und Apfelbäumen und mit zwei Laufenten. Idyllisch zu jeder Jahreszeit. Zum See geht es aus dem Gartentor, über die Strasse und noch 150m..., dann steht man am Badesee, Rundgang um den See 1,5 km. Autark im Bauwagen. Eine Selbstversorgerküche und ein separates Bad befinden sich im Nebengebäude, eigene Nutzung (nicht im Wohnhaus der Familie). Wir (Gesa und Christoph mit unseren beiden Kindern) wohnen im Haus auf demselben Grundstück.

Das Zimmer in einem renovierten Altbau aus dem Jahr 1933 ist über mehrere ungleiche Treppen zu erreichen, liegt im Zentrum von Tegernsee und doch ruhig. Es ist besonders für die geeignet, die auf einer Wanderung, Radtour, Hochzeit oder auf der Durchreise sind. Du bist in diesem gemütlichen Zimmer mit integriertem neuen Bad für dich. Die Matratze des 1,40 m x 2 m Bettes wurde ausgetauscht und erneuert. Fernseher gibt es bewusst keinen. Genieße deinen Aufenthalt mit Blick auf See und Berge.

The two-room apartment with shower room is located in a quiet area southeast of Munich. It is a five-minute walk from the S-Bahn station, a ten-minute drive from Ostbahnhof, and 20 minutes from Munich Central Station. With a covered south-facing balcony, the living room with open kitchen and the bedroom are flooded with light. Barrier-free and easily accessible by elevator. Animals, loud music and parties are unfortunately not allowed. The apartment may only be used by 2 people.

Short Term Stay Octoberfest or longer?

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

We rent a cosy and lovingly furnished 2 room apartment in the upper floor of an original Bavarian country house with south balcony and paradisical garden for 4 guests. The house lies in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from the railway station and the town centre with all its shops. A beautiful forest is close by. Excursions to Munich and the beautiful Bavarian countryside can easily be made by car or by train. You can use the garden and bicycles.

Unser kleines Ferienhäuschen liegt inmitten auf unserem Pferdehof auf dem wir auch selbst wohnen. Hier wohnt man idyllisch in der Natur und trotzdem verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Ruhige Spazierwege direkt ab Hof laden zu Streifzügen durch die Natur ein. Die Nähe zu Augsburg und München (je ca. 30 Autominuten entfernt) bietet sich für Stadterkundungen an. Das kleine Häuschen verfügt über eine kleine Küche sowie ein Bad mit Sauna. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil.
