Sehr ruhige Lage mitten im Grünen, ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind mit Lehm verputzt, dies führt zu einem angenehmen Raumklima. Die Wohnung wurde 2008 komplett neu errichtet und hat Fussbodenheizung. Passend für 2 Personen, eventuell 3, 3. Bett ist eine Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich.

Die nächstgelegene Bushaltestelle sowie ein sehr gutes Tiroler Wirtshaus sind zu Fuß in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Zahlreiche Wandermöglichkeiten, wunderschöne Naturseen und Radwege finden sich in nächster Umgebung. Die Skiwelt "Wilder Kaiser" ist nur 20 km entfernt.
