Charmant & gemütlich eingerichtete Dachgeschosswohnung mit hohen Decken, Sichtbalken, sonnigem West-Balkon, Kamin und offenen Wohn-/Essbereich- Familien geeignet. Unsere 80 qm Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Nachbarschaft, direkt unterhalb König Ludwigs II Märchenschloss Neuschwanstein und mit Blick auf das Schloss Hohenschwangau. In 15 Minuten seid ihr zu Fuß am Alpsee und am Aufstieg zu den Schlössern. Bei uns starten viele schöne Wanderungen/ Radtouren. Schwangau ist 2,6 km, Füssen 4,2 km entfernt.

The Gams has natural stone and oak wood floors, a kitchen with cozy seating area, living room, bedroom, second open loft bedroom and modern bathroom. Explore the loving details to be found throughout the apartment. Our goal is that you look forward to returning "home" at the end of a full day of sports or sightseeing. You can walk to shops/restaurants/bars in 5 min. Enjoy and relax during your stay!

Vor dem Haus gibt es Parkplätze und Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Wohnung befindet sich in perfekter Lage um das Lechtal zu erkunden oder die Königsschlösser zu besichtigen. Sportler kommen im Sommer wie im Winter voll auf ihre Kosten. Es ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Sportklettern, Langlaufen, Skifahren und Skitouren.

Moderne Ferienwohnung direkt am Lech. Die Wohnung besteht aus einer modern eingerichteten Küche ,Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett), einem Bad mit Dusche und Toilette, und einem Eingangsbereich mit Garderobe. Die Wohnung befindet sich zurückversetzt im Hof/Garten bzw. am Lech und komplett im 1. Obergeschoss.Über den Lech genießt man einen romantischen Blick auf das ehemalige Kloster St.Mang und das Hohe Schloss zu Füssen. Einkaufen, Bummeln, Essengehen... ohne Verkehrsmittel möglich.

Die 2012 erbaute Residenz Berghof befindet sich wunderschön gelegen in der Olympia Region Seefeld mit Blick auf das Dorf Mösern und die größte freihängende Glocke Tirols - die Friedensglocke, die jeden Tag um 17 Uhr als Zeichen des Friedens läutet. Dieser wunderschöne Fleck Erde wird wegen seiner Sonnen verwöhnten Höhenlage auf 1200 m das Schwalbennest Tirols genannt. Trascorri i giorni più belli dell'anno circondato da montagne e natura meravigliosa. Il nostro appartamento è situato in posizione centrale e tranquilla alla periferia di Höfen con una Panorama mozzafiato. Molte attività ricreative, laghi, impianti sportivi (sci, ciclismo, trekking, ...) e attrazioni (Castello di Neuschwanstein) sono nelle nostre vicinanze. Utilizza l'ottima posizione del nostro appartamento come punto di partenza per l'attività desiderata.

Old town Villa | "Hohenschwangau"

At the edge of the medieval old town, immediately at the historical city wall, our 4-room-apartment is located on the third floor of a luxurios old town art nouveau villa, which is under monumental protection. The villa was completely renovated in 2015. The villa is in the heart of Füssen, just a stone´s throw from the old town and Füssen´s main station. The bus station to Schloss Neuschwanstein is only meters away.
