il nostro è un appartamento confortabile e rustico, situato in una rinomata località che fa da base per molte attività sportive sia invernali che estive, a dieci min. dagli impianti del Sellaronda, a 1 minuto dalla fermata skibus, preciso però che noi non diamo però i biglietti dello skibus/guest pass perché non siamo soci dell'associazione turistica, comunque non serve perché le piste sono vicinissime e a pochi passi anche dal centro del paese e nonostante in piena natura.

Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett - Breite 1,55m - und ein weiteres Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten - Breite 90cm), einem kombinierten Küchen-, Ess- und Wohnzimmerbereich, Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Terrasse. In beiden Zimmern befinden sich ein Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch mit Sessel.

Das Ferienhaus Gann-Greit liegt auf 1300 m.ü.M in Villanders in ruhiger, idyllischer Lage abseits von Straßenlärm und Hektik. Das Haus wurde erst im Frühjahr 2024 fertig gestellt und steht unseren Gästen zur Gänze zur Verfügung. Der Wohnbereich teilt sich auf 2 Ebenen auf und bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Das Haus mit Blick auf die gegenüberliegenden Dolomiten ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für längere und kürzere Wanderungen.
