Die Lage und Aussicht ist wirklich atemberaubend. Egal ob man die Natur erkunden oder die Innenstadt besuchen möchte, alles ist von hier aus bequem erreichbar. Parkplätze sind am Grundstück vorhanden. Ideale S-Bahnanbindung City Train „S2“ Salzburg Kasern (vom Haus bis zur Station „Salzburg Kasern“ sind es nur ca. 300 Meter)

Modern 160 m² house with a residential unit on the 1st floor with a great view of the Alps, right on the outskirts of the top tourist destination Salzburg. The wonderful Salzburg lake area is approx. 20 minutes away. The world famous Salzkammergut is only 25 minutes away. The guests use the house completely alone. A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...
