The ground floor has a toilet, fully equipped kitchen (with microwave, ceramic stove, dishwasher and oven), two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub, and the basement features a living area with sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with steam shower. The apartment also has Wi-Fi, excellent soundproofing, a fireplace and a large outdoor terrace. Free parking is available. Apartment Haus Salzburg is situated a short stroll from Glanegg Castle and many popular hiking areas. Walking 10 minutes you are in the center of Mondsee and at the lake “Mondsee”, in 20 minutes by car in Salzburg.

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

Unser gemütliches, neu renoviertes Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage mit eigenem Eingang in Hallein. Es bietet eine Wohnfläche von 150 m² und somit Platz für Gruppen oder Familien bis zu 8 Personen. Das Haus liegt 4km von Hallein und nur 7 km von der Festspielstadt Salzburg entfernt und ist von der naheliegenden Bushaltestelle ( 400m ) schnell erreichbar. Für Sportler Sportzentrum Rif ist 2km vom Haus entfernt Parkplätze für ihre Autos, stehen ihnen direkt vor dem Haus zur Verfügung.

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. Perfect for two to three families to she a wonderful summer or winter experience in the mountains.
