Die Donauau und die Donaustrände sind nur wenige 100 Meter entfernt, das Auto parkt fast direkt vor der Haustür, aber die ganze Siedlung hin zur Donau ist dann autofrei, du kannst also spazieren, radfahren, wandern wie es das Herz beliebt. Einer der berühmtesten Architekten Österreichs (Roland Rainer) hat die Gartenstadt entworfen - die Lebensqualität ist hier großartig.

Die separate Schlafhütte bietet ein großes Doppelbett und einen privaten Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. Direkt am Haus fließt ein Bach mit eigenem Zugang. Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Niederkappel, up in the heights of the Mühlviertel right behind the Danube Valley between Passau and Linz. Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts.
