Dit mooie sfeervol ingerichte appartement voor 4-5 personen is gelegen op de eerste verdieping en beschikt over twee slaapkamers (2- en 3-persoons) en gezellige woonkeuken. Vanuit de gezellige zit-/eethoek heb je uitzicht op de kerk van het dorp met op de achtergrond de Jöchelspitze. De keuken is uitgerust met 4-pits kookplaat, koelkast met vriesvak, vaatwasser en oven. Een waterkoker en Nespresso-koffieapparaat zijn aanwezig. Het appartement beschikt over een luxe badkamer en separaat toilet.

Holiday flats on the Arlberg. On a south-facing slope, close to the centre of Warth (6 min. walk). Inns, alpine dairy & supermarket are within easy reach. Also the station of the ski lift "Dorfbahn". A ski depot is available to our guests there in winter. In summer, the famous Lechweg trail leads right past us. The ideal place to explore various stages from here. Use of the SteffisalpExpress mountain railway incl. in summer (mid-June to mid-Oct)!. Dogs are charged separately at € 20.00 p. n.

The holiday apartment is located in our house on the ground floor and is perfect for mountain and nature enthusiastic groups and for cosy evenings. Our apartment is part of a 300-year-old mountain farm, which is located in the midst of mountain meadows at an altitude of 1450m. The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.

Ferienhaus Lechtaler Alpen Unser Ferienhaus mit seinen gemütlichen Ferienwohnungen befindet sich am Eingang des Madautals, wo man die Schönheit der Bergwelt besonders erleben kann. Genießen sie den traumhaften Ausblick ins obere Lechtal und auf die umliegenden Berge. Starten sie ihre Wander- oder Fahrradtour direkt vor der Haustüre. Die Langlaufloipe im Winter ist nur zwei-drei Schwünge entfernt. Alles andere erreichen sie bequem mit dem Bus - Bushaltestelle ca. 200m entfernt.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, mitten im Oberallgäu, mit vielen Skigebieten, Langlaufloipen, Wanderwegen, Badeseen, Rennradstrecken und Mountainbiketrails vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung hat eine Fussbodenheizung, schnelles WLAN, ein Schlafsofa, ist geräumig mit topmoderner Ausstattung und Parkplatz. Auf Wunsch auch Brezel- und Semmellieferung.

Die idyllische Ferienwohnung "Simis Hüs" liegt zwischen Sonthofen (3 km) und Oberstdorf (11 km) in dem kleinen Dorf Tiefenberg. Die Ferienwohnung bietet einen herrlichen Blick ins Illertal und auf die Allgäuer Berge. Durch die ruhige Lage könnt Ihr die Seele richtig baumeln lassen. Für Aktivurlauber ist die Ferienwohnung idealer Ausgangspunkt zum Skifahren (nächste Bergbahn ist 3 km entfernt), zum Biken, Wandern/Bergsteigen etc.

In unserer Wohnung Hase findet ihr im Ess-Wohn-Schlafbereich Platz für 2 Personen. Optional kann ein Babyreisebett aufgestellt werden. Wollt ihr lieber in einem eigenen Zimmer schlafen oder mit mehr als 2 Erwachsenen anreisen? Schaut gern mal zu unserem Fuchs rüber - unserer anderen Wohnung. Mit einem großzügigen Bad und einem Balkon mit wunderbaren Blick in die Berge lässt es sich prima entspannen.

Life Arlberg! Welcome to the new family apartment house "Am Gehren" in Warth. The house is situated in a quite lonely surrounding near to an wild river. You only need 1.5 km to get to the center of Warth and the skiing area. The apartments are cofortabel and modern. You will have a nice view to the mountains of the alps. With the skibus you can drive easy and fast to the skiing area.
