The flat is as the pictures posted and the general experience was good. The flat location is slightly outside the city inner-centre but totally central and well connected with tram and bus lines in front of the building. Igor has been prompt and caring in assisting the guests and I would definitely book back his flat for my next stay in Wroclaw!

Great apartment in a fantastic location very close to the main town square, tram stop and nice restaurants and bars. It was perfect for my four night stay in Wroclaw. The management team were responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in/check-out. Very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean! Highly recommend.

Es war ein sehr ruhiger und schöner Aufenthalt in der Nähe von Breslau. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben die Zeit sehr genießen können in dem sehr großen ruhigen Garten. Gerne wieder. :)

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in Biała! Mariusch war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war perfekt ausgestattet – es hat uns an absolut nichts gefehlt. Alles war sauber, gemütlich und liebevoll hergerichtet. Besonders der schöne Garten war ein echtes Highlight, ideal zum Entspannen. Auch als es kurzfristig einen technischen Defekt am Kamin gab, war Mariusch sofort zur Stelle und hat uns schnell und unkompliziert geholfen – großes Dankeschön dafür! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

polecam z czystym sumieniem , mega przyjazny obiekt , wszystko zgodne z opisem , kontakt z gospodarzem wspaniały , codowne miejsce na odpoczynek polecam również jedzonko od pani Halinki , mega dobre i porcje nie do przejedzenia :) i oczywiście Pani Gosia odpowiedzialna za przyjęcie gości , czystość ,obsługę balii i pewnie milion innych obowiązków ,mega sympatyczna kobieta pomocna na każdym kroku , Serdecznie polecam !!!

Lovely accommodation in a great location, peaceful but near the centre. Communication was great, and we felt at home. The place was spotless, which is so important. The fold out beds in rooms 2 and 3 were quite firm, but they did the job for us for a few days. 1 shower between maximum 8 guests is quite a stretch, but we knew that on booking so that wasn’t a surprise. The balcony is brilliant, and the terrace gives an impressive view. If we come again, we’ll be staying here.

Die Wohnung ist ein Traum und ich wäre am liebsten direkt eingezogen;) Ich wollte für meinen 40. Geburtstag zu zweit etwas besonderes und lag mit Konrads Wohnung genau richtig. Zentraler kann man in Breslau nicht wohnen. Direkt am Marktplatz, aber sehr ruhig, da die Wohnung zur Hinterseite rausgeht. Die kleine Terrasse hat uns gemütliche Abende und Morgen beschert. Konrad hat ein Händchen für Design, die Kommunikation war schnell und sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Perfekte Lage, in wenigen Schritten direkt am Markt..

Cozy Attic - jak sama nazwa wskazuje jest miejscem bardzo urokliwym, posiadającym historię i ciepło domowe, naprawdę można się poczuć jak w u siebie w domu. Wystrój ma swój charakter i urok, który urzekł nas od samego początku. Miejsce było bardzo czyste, świeża pościel, czysta łazienka jak i kuchnia. Pełne wyposażenie kuchni czy łazienki także zasługuje na pochwałę, Lokalizacja również jest idealnym punktem wypadowym na zwiedzanie miasta czy dojazdu na uczelnię (PO oraz UO), co jest ogromnym plusem dla studentów ☺️ Gospodarz od samego początku był bardzo pomocny i wywarł na nas super wrażenie, tak samo Pani Iwona z którą bezproblemowo komunikowaliśmy się przed zameldowaniem jak i przy wymeldowaniu. Jak widać to ludzie tworzą takie miejsca i z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić Cozy Attic każdemu kto wybiera sie do Opola ❤️
