Really enjoyed my stay here, everything was clean and neat, very nice interior. Excellent location – quiet, 10 minutes to the train station Łódź Fabryczna, close to many public transport stops.

Everything was great, the accommodation is very clean and pleasant to stay in, except for the noisy construction literally across the street, which can be a bit disturbing, but if your stay is limited to spending the night in the apartment - the noise during the day will not bother you! :)

Świetne miejsce dla osób ceniących sobie spokój i ciszę. Bliskość lasu i przyrody. Przemiła obsługa zawsze gotowa do pomocy. Obiekt jak na zdjęciach w idealnej czystości. Polecam w 100%.

Wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku, mieszkanie ładnie urządzone i przestronne.

My husband and I stayed for 8 nights in total, the apartment is wonderful. I wouldnt recommend for more than 2 people unless it's just for sleeping. The location couldn't be any better, easy transportation and close to Piotrkowska street and Galeria Łódzka. Definitely recommend and can't wait to come back!

Miejsce jest naprawdę super! Mimo stosunkowo małego metrażu wszystko jest na miejscu. Fajna opcja z klamka na kod więc nie ma strachu o zgubione klucze :) wygodne łóżko (!) i rewelacyjna lokalizacja. Bardzo polecam!

Carlo is a fantastic host. We arrived much earlier than our check-in, but he allowed us to go in earlier as it was ready for us. He responded quickly and never made me wait longer than 5 mins when I had a question or needed help. The flat was as advertised, with everything we needed available to us. He also sent us a list of his favourite restaurants! It was a great experience at a very fair price. Location is also fantastic, everything we needed was no more than a 15-minute walk. The only cons we encountered were that the top windows had no blinds or curtains, so I'd advise a sleeping mask and maybe earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Friday-Saturday night got a bit louder due to people going out and having fun on the weekend, which is to be expected at that specific location. But other than that, it was a very positive experience, and we would do it again.
