Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

L'appartamento è situato all'interno della nostra casa familiare di architettura risalente al periodo austro-ungarico. Molto vicina al centro città, a solo 3 minuti di distanza (a piedi) dal magnifico Anfiteatro. e circa 8 minuti. Per raggiungere a piedi il centro storico, i bar, ristoranti, pub, gallerie servono dai 5 agli 8 min. Tutte le nostre spiagge cittadine si trovano nel raggio di 3-4 Km. Tutti i piccoli villaggi distano circa 5-10 km dall'appartamento. La fermata del bus a 300m.

Our Casa grotta istriana is located in a quiet part of Pula near the city center (10 min by walk). The house has a private fenced yard and a newly built swimming pool. Many beaches in Pula are located 5 minutes away by car (Verudela, Zlatne stijene, Lungo Mare). Near the house is a Mexican restaurant (1 min) and a supermarket (2 min).

Located in the center of town but out of the crowd. 3min walk from the bus and taxi stations, and to all amenities like, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacy, beaches, commercial area and old town. The apartment has a big terrace looking inner private yard, it is quite and cozy and has plenty of space for a group of friends or family.
