La casa vacanze è alimentata in modo ecologico, poiché è riscaldata da un impianto di riscaldamento a cippato biologico di proprietà dell'hotel. L'elettricità è generata dal proprio impianto fotovoltaico e l'acqua dolce proviene dal pozzo della fattoria.
