Une superbe maison dans un cadre magnifique et fleuri. Le jardin est très beau, la piscine est superbe et grande, l’extérieur vraiment très joli. En revanche l’intérieur est très simple et modeste (pas très pratique de cuisiner notamment, pas de lave-vaisselle). L’hôte est très agréable et accueillante.

We enjoyed a great few days at the end of our holiday in Sicily. Maria was very accommodating and responsive to all our requests. The pool is great and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Highly recommend.

Our stay at the villa was wonderful. The communication was very smooth, and the manager was always available for any questions, ready to help and provide guidance. The villa itself is very stylish and cozy, and the surrounding area is breathtakingly beautiful. I highly recommend visiting it 100%!

Amazing place to stay, Federico is extremely responsive and lways read to help within a few minutes and check-in was flexible and easy :) the house has lovely decorations and good amenties and the shared pool area is stunning, although the garden and lounge area seems to could make use of some cleaning from time to time😊 The location is splendid, very peaceful area but yet close to Noto and other beautiful cities by car. Would highly recommend and definitely come back!

The villa was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the choice of outdoor areas and the pool. Sabrina was an extremely lovely and responsive host who made sure our stay was smooth. Arriving in Catania at 8am, we were able to do an early check-in which was much appreciated. Our children also appreciated the cats who came to say hi, it reminded us of ours :) We would definitely recommend Sabrina’s place.

Nous avons passé un paisible et reposant séjour chez Emanuela. Elle a été flexible avec nous pour l’arrivée en nous permettant d’arriver avec deux heures d’avance, ce qui est très appréciable après un long voyage avec un enfant. Je l’en remercie. Quant à son accueil, nous avons pu bénéficier de sa gentillesse et elle était exceptionnellement accompagné de son beau-fils qui parlait très bien le français. Par ailleurs, elle nous a laissé un post-it avec les meilleurs restaurants des alentours, mais aussi une carte recensant les belles plages de la réserve naturelle à proximité. Quant au cadre, magique ! Au milieu de champs d’oliviers, la maison est aussi équipée d’une piscine très bien entretenue dans laquelle nous nous sommes baignés tous les jours. La maison des propriétaires était à proximité de la nôtre mais ils n’étaient pas présents et nous avons pu en profiter juste pour nous. Enfin, sur la maison en elle-même, elle est récente, bien équipée et la literie est très confortable

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Antonella's villa. The location is private but it is very easy to get to all the beautiful towns in the area and the beach. The views from the pool are amazing. Antonella is a wonderful host, so welcoming and friendly and very responsive. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The pool and hot tub are are fabulous and we enjoyed relaxing there after a day of sightseeing. We booked this place because of the wonderful reviews and were not disappointed. We had a wonderful stay at this air bnb accommodation. The pool was perfect for us and the children to enjoy and a beautiful setting with lovely sunsets to enjoy. Vincenzo and his wife were very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Their pet dog Mia was also very friendly and liked to join us by the pool! The house had everything we needed (including towels for the pool) and was a good location for exploring the local beaches and towns. Thank you!

wie hatten sehr schöne tage in vinzensos wohnung. Sie ist sehr geräumig und bestens ausgestattet mit einem sehr schönen Garten, den man gut nutzen kann. Man läuft nur wenige hundert Meter zum kleinen Strandabschnitt. Dort gibt es nichts außer dem kleinen Strand und dem sehr sauberen Wasser. Schön, um dort mal schnell eine runde zu baden. Ansonsten sind wir lieber zum lido di noto gefahren.

The house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. Ritemilia was there to greet us and gave us lots of helpful recommendations. She had also left us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift and made sure there was a bottle of water in the fridge for us, much needed! The whole house was comfortable and felt very secure. The aircon worked well and there was plenty of hot water. She always responded to messages very quickly and was friendly and helpful in every way! The house is in a lovely spot - on a quiet side street, but within walking distance of the town centre. Avola is a lovely little town with plenty of restaurants and beautiful beaches. We had a wonderful time!

Abbiamo soggiornato da Armando per due notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione è tranquilla, nelle campagne siracusane, vicino alle stupende spiagge Le Fontane Bianche, Ognina, Arenella ecc. e a pochi km dalla bella ma confusionaria Siracusa. L'alloggio era perfettamente pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario, piccola cucina, frigorifero, letto comodo, aria condizionata, un piccolo ingresso con tavolino sedie ed ombrellone, stendino per i panni ecc. Armando è stato molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha fornito ottimi consigli. Se ci sarà l'occasione, torneremo senz'altro nel suo alloggio.

Host molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione dell' appartamento eccellente, a dieci minuti a piedi dal centro storico. In inverno la pompa di calore è sufficiente per le camere da letto e quindi è stato necessario un sistema di riscaldamento aggiuntivo (presente) per gli altri ambienti. Consiglio di parcheggiare nella piazzetta nelle vicinanze e non lungo la strada

Amazing! We had a wonderful stay, the house was absolutely clean and perfectly equiped from beach chairs to outdoor shower. The beach is right next to the house with beautiful sunsets. Francesca was very welcoming with wine and cake, she was very thoughtful and helpful, one of the best hosts we ever had. Thank you!

Прекрасный, уютный семейный дом. Потрясающий вид, удобное расположение. Посередине восточного побережья: На машине легко добраться и в Сиракузу, и на пляжи южнее Сиракузы, и в Таормину и Мессину на север. Полностью оборудованная кухня и зона барбекю. Вивиана была всегда на связи. замечательные коты и две черепахи, очень общительные. Мы очень довольны отдыхом. супермаркет в 4 км, до центра деревушки с тавернами и ресторанчиками примерно 1 км, как и до моря. В деревушке Бруколи можно купить свежую рыбу и морепродукты, есть лавки с фруктвми-овощами и сыры-колбасы. Очень красивая природа и окрестности для тех, кто любит гроты и скалы. До оборудованных пляжей надо ехать примерно 10 мин на машине ближайший. мы очень довольны, рекомендуем. Машина обязательна, так же как любовь к котам и черепахам.

Alessandro und Valentina sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Wir reisten mit unserer kleinen Tochter Paula an (1< Jahr) und Alessandro hat uns alles zur Verfügung gestellt, was wir brauchten. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und Paula hat super geschlafen. Ein Babybett mit höhenverstellbaren Seiten, sodass man quasi ein Familienbett hat, einen Brei-Zubereiter, Mixer, Spielzeug, extra Decken zum Krabbeln - ganz herzlichen Dank dafür! Die Wohnung im EG liegt in einem traumhaften Garten, man kann direkt aufs Meer sehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Sara’s place was great. Extremely spacious and could not be any closer to the beautiful beach and lido. We went a little before the holiday season started so most restaurants/shops in Fontane Bianche were closed, which is something to be aware of when you book.

Agata und ihr Mann Mimmo haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns am ersten Abend gleich spontan zum Abendessen eingeladen . Sie sind ein sehr sympathisches Paar, immer hilfsbereit und haben auf alle Fragen sofort reagiert. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Stellplatz für ein Auto auf dem Gelände. Der Außenbereich ist sehr großzügig angelegt und durch das Tor zur Straße fühlt man sich auch sehr sicher. Schöne Strände sind ganz schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch das Zentrum von Marzamemi ist bei einem Spaziergang nicht zu weit entfernt. Einen Aufenthalt bei Agata und Mimmo kann man auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

The apartment is nice and very close to the sea, we could go to the beach and come back few times a day. It has a nice garden and it feels grand. Also laying in the chair on the terrace during siesta was one of my favorites. The Conad is 5-10 mins away and cafes along the shore just few minutes away.

Meraviglioso viaggio . Host delizioso, educato, sempre pronto a rispondere a tutte le mie domande su dove mangiare e cosa fare. Si perché erano le uniche cose che c'era da chiedere visto che il posto era meglio di come si vede in foto, la casa era una miniatura di bellezza , comodità e buon gusto. Valutazione 10 e lode. Consigliatissimo. Noi siamo andati in 5 famiglia con adolescenti. Punto perfetto per scegliere località di mare, escursioni faunistiche e città artistiche. Insomma vacanza da sogno. Grazie Salvo!!!

Le logement était conforme à l’annonce et l’hôte très réactif. si la plage du lido di noto n’est pas accessible à pied, le logement est idéalement situé entre Noto et la réserve de Vendicari. Syracuse est accessible en 30 minutes en voiture. Possibilité de cueillir des oranges du jardin pour préparer des jus de fruits frais le matin.

La casa di Sebastiano è stata un luogo perfetto per la nostra famiglia. Camere ampie, letti comodi e cucina dotata di tutto ciò che serve. La veranda è il valore aggiunto, sia per i pasti che per permettere ai bambini di giocare. Sebastiano è stato un host molto disponibile e velocissimo nelle risposte, ci ha dato buoni consigli per il nostro soggiorno. Da consigliare assolutamente!

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt bei Luca! Das kleine Häuschen hat viel Charme, ist sehr sauber, geräumig und perfekt gelegen – mitten in Noto, über den Dächern der Stadt. Die Terrasse, die man über die Küche erreicht, ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Luca ist ein großartiger Gastgeber, super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Die Wohnung befindet sich nahe an der historischen Altstadt von Avola. Die Wohnung hat zwei Geschosse und eine Außenterrasse, von der man das Meer sehen kann. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 20 Minuten zum Meer. Es ist ein Coop direkt um die Ecke, in dem man Essen und Trinken einkaufen kann. Ein Bäcker ist die Straße in Richtung Meer ungefähr 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und neu renoviert. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist ruhig und Parkplätze gibt es an einem Platz ungefähr in 2 Minuten Entfernung. Seby und Ester haben uns bei der Ankunft bereits auf der Straße erwartet und gezeigt wo wir parken können. Dann haben sie uns die Wohnung gezeigt. Wenn wir ein Problem hatten wurde das schnell von den beiden gelöst. Zudem haben sie uns hilfreiche Sightseeing -Tipps gegeben. Von Avola erreicht man die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten an der Südostküste innerhalb einer Stunde, wie z. B. Novo, Siracusa, Ragusa ...
