Genieße die schöne Umgebung dieses romantischen Fleckchens in der Natur an der Stadtgrenze Salzburgs. 2023 erbaute 75qm große Loftwohnung am Bio Bauernhof "Edtgut"! Gemütlich und modern, ganz neu erbaut! Eine eigene sonnige Dachterasse mit 2 Liegen und einem Esstisch für 4 P.! Bad mit Dusche, freistehender Badewanne, großer Kücheninsel voll ausgestattet, 2,40m Kingsize Bett und ein ausziehbares 1,80m Schlafsofa befinden sich im offenen Wohnraum! Das WC und ein Abstellraum sind eigene Räume!

Ferienhaus im Grünen am Stadtrand von Salzburg

Das Ferienhaus liegt neben unserem kleinen Bauernhof auf einer grünen Wiese, umgeben von Wald, am Stadtrand von Salzburg. Du hast ein ganzes Haus für dich allein. Bei uns führt keine öffentliche Straße vorbei, es ist also ruhig und doch der Stadt so nah. Vor dem Haus befinden sich kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten und in 10 Minuten (0,7km) bist du bei der Bushaltestelle (bergab) um in die Stadt zu gelangen. Vom Bus zu uns rauf geht man je nach Kondition. Wir empfehlen für die Anreise immer ein Taxi.

Apartment im Salzburger Seenland

Stilvolles Loft mit Seeblick Die Unterkunft ist für bis zu 10 Personen geeignet. Das Apartment befindet sich im 1. Obergeschoss eines Zweifamilienhauses und verfügt über einen Balkon. Die Wohnung ist über eine Außentreppe erreichbar. Es gibt bis zu 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 Küche, 1 Wohnzimmer, 1 Badezimmer und 1 separate Toilette. Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor dem Haus Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Haarfön sind vorhanden. Im Haus befindet sich ein kleiner Laden mit griechischen Erzeugnissen.

Urlaub im Grünen am Wallersee bei Salzburg

Gegend ist sehr ländlich , Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss(2.Etage), ruhig, ungestört. Umgeben von Bauernhöfen und viel Wald kann man in der Nähe von Salzburg gut entspannen und ist dennoch sofort mit dem Auto im Zentrum des Geschehens. Supermärkte sind ganz schnell erreichbar, der Wallersee in Sichtweite. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt zum Baden und Wandern und um Salzburg zu erkunden. Auch das Salzkammergut , Hallstatt und der Königssee sind schnell zu erreichen.Auch mit Öffis gut machbar.

Hütte am Wald. Salzkammergut

Die Hütte am Wald ist ein Blockhaus welches dank Vollholz Bauweise ein super angenehmes Raumklima schafft und neben hübschem Interior auch allen Komfort mit privater Sauna, Kamin und toller Ausstattung für Groß und Klein bietet. Gelegen am sonnigen Waldrand nicht weit vom Fuschlsee entfernt, biete die Hütte am Wald einen großen Garten mit privater Terrasse, Outdoor Esstisch und Sonnenliegen. Cosy Apartment near Salzburg

Experience the famous city of salzburg and stay in a beautiful country house close to the city. The house is situated in the village of Plainfeld approximately 15 minutes from Salzburg. There is 1 Doublebed and 1 couches available for a total of 3 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. The parking lot is 1 minutes away but you can stop in front of the house to unload your car. I also live in the house but in a separate apartment. I can also give you recommendations on the sights.
